★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cartello che eseguono le analisi x chi ha l'esenzione c'e' ma dopo aver atteso ,all' accettazione mi dicono che non eseguono le analisi x le persone esenti !!!
 The sign that performs the analysis x who has the exemption is there but after waiting, at the acceptance they tell me that they do not perform the analysis for the exempt people !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called the lab whether they made PCR-test. So, I went there from Fabriano. People were "queueing" in front of the building (ok, Italians just do not know how to queue so let's get over with it) not keeping "distanza sociale" at all, but that's also fine. At the first occasion I was told that they were sorry, they couldn't do the test as I arrived too late (9:00 am), the next day I was told that they couldn't do the test as they are only on certain days.
Of course nobody could speak English.
