UNA COSA SCOMODA PER CHI VUOLE PARLARE DI PERSONA CON UN REFERENTE FISICO SENZA ANDARE IN SEDE . THEY HAVE PUT A USELESS TELEPHONE NUMBER BECAUSE IT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO TALK TO AN OPERATOR BUT ALWAYS SPEAKS THE VOICE OF A COMPUTER. AN UNCOMFORTABLE THING FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO TALK IN PERSON WITH A PHYSICAL REFERENT WITHOUT GOING TO THE SITE.

Io che vengo da Barletta ho perso tempo e benzina perchè questa cosa non è scritta. Onestamnte è l'unico laboratorio che fa le prenotazioni alle 10:00 gli altri non hanno questi orari assurdi. Senza parole. Sorry but you can't make reservations from 10: 00-12: 00 means taking a work permit and above all it is not written on the site but on the plaque outside the door. Ho chiesto di poter aspettare, ma mi hanno messo alla porta. Non ci tornerò mai più!!!! Mi è stato detto di inoltrare richiesta tramite whatsapp, e tramite whatsapp (risposta ricevuta 22 ore dopo) mi è stato richiesto di inviare una mail. Data l'assenza di risposta a mezzo mail, ho richiamato due giorni dopo, ricevendo contestualmente un rifiuto della chiamata! Quale esercente può rifiutare una chiamata di un cliente!!! Dopo "soli" quattro giorni, non avendo ricevuto risposta, mi sono recato di persona (vivo anche fuori Trani). Oltre al danno la beffa. Mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero risposto solo a mezzo mail! Ho fatto presente di non aver ricevuto risposta e mi è stato detto con tanta leggerezza di "inviare una seconda mail di sollecito". Una struttura sanitaria privata, oltre a produrre utile, dovrebbe operare all'insegna della consapevolezza della sua utilità sociale, avere come "mission" quella di offrire un servizio all'utenza, o quantomeno una risposta. Il 9 aprile 2021 ho effettuato un emocromo, ho inviato la conferma del pagamento venerdì stesso poiché mi serviva l'esito per sabato mattina, oggi è il 12 aprile non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta o contatto che sia. Nonostante sollecitazioni via mail venerdì scorso e stamattina via WhatsApp che sarebbero i canali per le urgenze, nessuno si è ancora degnato di rispondere. Avrei dato zero stelle, ma non è contemplato nel voto delle recensioni . Dovevo eseguire il test per l intolleranza al lattosio ma per errore mi hanno somministrato una bevanda completamente diversa. Saltata giornata di lavoro, mattinata e preparazione completamente inutile. Mi dispiace e rispetto il lavoro di tutti, ma voi questa mattina non avete rispettato il mio. Bad experience, lost work day. I had to test for lactose intolerance but by mistake they gave me a completely different drink. Skipped day of work, morning and completely useless preparation. V	Vanna Ligustro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto analisi (tutte a pagamento) per anni qui, poi alcuni episodi mi hanno portata a non avere più fiducia. 1. un'analisi per intolleranza al lattosio negativa, probabilmente errata (fatti altri due test uno prima in altro centro e uno dopo in ospedale entrambi positivi) 2. Un prelievo sbagliato (avevano segnato erroneamente analisi in più e hanno prelevato più sangue del necessario. Mi sono accorta io dell'errore e mi hanno detto "se aggiunge tot. € a questo punto le facciamo anche queste analisi" 3. grave disorganizzazione: in sala prelievi erano fermi, ma continuavano a fare passare gente (arrivata dopo di me) che doveva lasciare campioni, mentre chi doveva fare prelievi aspettava e anche in sala prelievo aspettavano, insomma una gran perdita di tempo per tutti. 4. un episodio di estrema maleducazione da parte di una nuova impiegata. Ovviamente non ci torno.
