In questo laboratorio ho sempre trovato gentilezza e l'infermiera che fa i prelievi bravissima . Bravissimi e continuate sempre così
I have always been of the idea that the exams should be done in the public, but one day (last year) for timing reasons I turned to the lifebrain laboratory in Via Saccopqstore, not least today.
In this laboratory I have always found kindness and the nurse who makes the samples very good. Very good and always keep it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contatto telefonicamente il centro, per mia figlia, chiedendo espressamente se facevano il tampone per il covid; mi rispondono che lo fanno e che si può andare senza appuntamento e senza impegnativa.
Il giorno dopo si presenta mia figlia e invece del tampone gli fanno il test sierologico, che, come tutti sappiamo, è tutt'altra cosa.
Non mi sembra onesto dire una cosa per un'altra e non è incomprensione telefonica perché l'ho ripetuto due volte.
I contacted the center by telephone for my daughter, asking specifically if they swab for the covid; they tell me that they do and that you can go without an appointment and without a referral.
The next day my daughter shows up and instead of the swab they do the serological test, which, as we all know, is quite another thing.
It doesn't seem honest to me to say one thing for another and it is not telephone misunderstanding because I have repeated it twice.
