Arrivarci da Follonica non è facilissimo (la pendenza della salita è faticosa), e da Montioni la strada è molto più lunga, ma l'impressione che fa vedersi spuntare tra le frasche questa torretta medievale è impagabile, e il panorama del golfo dalla cima vale tutta la fatica!
Magical, wild and suggestive place. Getting there from Follonica is not easy (the slope of the climb is tiring), and from Montioni the road is much longer, but the impression that makes this medieval tower appear between the branches is priceless, and the panorama of the gulf from the top is worth all the effort!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo fortino di avvistamento, restaurato in mezzo alla foresta. Facilmente accessibile. Ci sono due tavoli per picnic. Ottimo in una giornata di calura in cui al mare si preferisce silenzio e natura protetti dagli alberi. Tira una brezza leggera che allevia il caldo di agosto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sito interessante, un bel fortino in cima al bosco, ci sono tavoli in legno e si gode di una bella vista, si arriva dopo una bella scarpinata in salita da un percorso lineare e roccioso immerso tra gli alberi, bimbi in spalla. Molto bello.
Interesting site, a nice fort at the top of the wood, there are wooden tables and you can enjoy a beautiful view, you arrive after a nice hike uphill by a linear and rocky path surrounded by trees, children on their shoulders. Very beautiful.
