Per non parlare della carne e della sua cottura e genuinità. È un'esperienza unica tra sapori e relax. Cinque stelle non bastano. È mega!! ♥️ Imagine being in paradise and enjoying hand-made ravioli and tagliatelle amidst beautiful, natural and magnificent landscapes, with that care and love that only a grandmother can give to her grandchildren. Not to mention the meat and its cooking and authenticity. It is a unique experience between flavors and relaxation. Five stars are not enough. It's mega !! ♥ ️

M	Maddalena Viti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto magnifico!!!!Siamo stati al Ranch dopo una mezza giornata passata al lago di Scanno perchè volevo fare una passeggiata a cavallo ed ho trovato il posto perfetto!!Il giro della durata di 1 ora è stato fatto in tutta tranquillità nonostante fossimo in tanti,posti bellissimi,cavalli addestrati benissimo è molto docili,inoltre il ragazzo che faceva da guida è stato bravissimo è molto paziente a spiegarmi tutto.La sera siamo rimasti a mangiare anche al ristorante dove abbiamo gradito tutto!!!Se ci fosse la possibilità darei anche 10 stelle!!Posto super consigliato!!!Ci torneremo sicuramente!!! Magnificent place !!!! We stayed at the Ranch after a half day spent at Lake Scanno because I wanted to take a horse ride and I found the perfect place !! The 1 hour tour was done in complete tranquility even though we were in many, beautiful places, very well trained horses and very docile, also the guy who was the guide was very good and very patient to explain everything. I would also give 10 stars !! Super recommended place !!! We will definitely be back !!!

Consiglio sia per la cortesia sia per la gentilezza dello staff e per l'ottima cucina... Veramente soddisfatta ?? I was for lunch today ... after my two sons rode for two hours ... I recommend both for the courtesy and for the kindness of the staff and for the excellent cuisine ... Really satisfied ??

I sottoli peperoni funghi e carciofo grande intero sono una vera goduria per non parlare dei primi piatti: tagliatelle ai funghi o ravioli ripieni di spinaci e ricotta di pecora conditi con un sugo fresco al basilico che si rivelano paradisiaci; ciambelline e genziana sono un ottimo fine pasto e quando poi ti arriva il conto non puoi crederci... impossibile...non c'è rapporto qualità prezzo. Non puoi non pensare di ritornarci per assaporare altre preparazioni. Typical mountain restaurant with the inevitable gigantic fireplace but gentlemen ....... an exceptional cuisine, genuine products made by them. The pickled peppers, mushrooms and large whole artichoke are a real pleasure not to mention the first courses: tagliatelle with mushrooms or ravioli stuffed with spinach and sheep's ricotta seasoned with a fresh basil sauce that are heavenly; Donuts and gentian are an excellent end of a meal and when you get the bill you can't believe it ... impossible ... there is no value for money. You can't help but think about returning to savor other preparations.

Siamo stati accolti con un "il vostro menù però prevede solo un antipasto e un secondo oppure un primo e un secondo altrimenti ci sono degli extra da pagare". Ci sono modi e modi per approcciarsi alle cose! Inoltre avremmo voluto cambiare il menù pagando tranquillamente gli extra, ma non era disponibile praticamente nulla! Abbiamo pranzato all'esterno in mezzo alle mosche, era strapieno! Consiglio vivamente di pranzare all'interno e consiglio alla struttura di informare i clienti! Anche perché presumo sia più o meno sempre così, dipenderà forse dal periodo dell'anno o forse dalla presenza del maneggio a fianco allo spazio esterno del ristorante. Altra nota dolente, il primo, pieno di peperoncino! Attenzione a non darlo ai bambini quindi, com'è capitato a me... Not recommended.
