M	Michael Jordan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel ist in guter Lage - je nach Zimmer mit Aussicht auf Elba - das Personal ist in allem Bereichen super freundlich und hilfsbereich.....Aber das kann das Manko nicht ausgleichen: Das Hotel ist neu, aber die Einrichtung wirkt nicht wertig um nicht zu sagen "billig" und dem Preis nicht angemessen. Allein die Betten waren sehr gut (Inkl. Topper sehr bequem) Restaurant und Bar ist eher wie ein Halle. Das Essen ist gut aber überteuert bei überwiegend kleinen Portionen (auch wenn das Team sich Mühe gegeben hat auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen) - kleines Detail: das Olivenöl und der Essig zum Brot schmeckt wie vom Discounter. Das ganze Hotel hat kein Stil./Flair. Für Deutsche ein Unding: Abendessen gibt es erst ab 19:30. Der dazu gehörige Golfplatz ist aktuell ein Katastrophe. Zwar vom Layout/Design gut. Die Grüns sind auch okay aber... 60% des Fairways besteht aus Lehm und nicht aus Rasen. Nach dem Abschlag mußte man ein Stück Gras zum weiterspielen suchen. Auch um die Grüns quasi kaum ein ordentliches Stück Rasen zum chippen. The hotel is in a good location - depending on the room with a view of Elba - the staff is super friendly and helpful in all areas... But that cannot compensate for the shortcoming: The hotel is new, but the furnishing does not seem valuable, not to say "cheap" and not appropriate for the price. The beds alone were very good (incl. Topper very comfortable) Restaurant and bar is more like a hall. The food is good but overpriced with mostly small portions (although the team made an effort to accommodate our requests) - small detail: the olive oil and vinegar with the bread tasted like it was from a discount store. The whole hotel has no style./flair. An absurdity for Germans: dinner is only available from 7:30 p.m. The associated golf course is currently a disaster. The layout/design is good. The greens are okay too but... 60% of the fairway is clay and not grass. After the tee you had to look for a piece of grass to continue playing. Also around the greens there is hardly a decent piece of lawn to chip.

Hotel con ottima ristorazione camera carine ma ben curate. Consigliatissimo! Brand new hotel in Follonica with golf course. Played 18 holes very nice design excellent greens even if the course is still young. Hotel with excellent dining room, nice but well cared for. Highly recommended!
