Pulito, con tutti i servizi. Non c'è il servizio ristorante, solo colazione, ma preparata in modo semplice, con vasta scelta di cibi e bevande, in base ai propri gusti. Parcheggio antistante l'edificio; piscina molto bella per posizione, un po' meno per gli ospiti scalmanati che ne facevano uso, ma l'educazione non dipende dall' hotel. Camera con comfort, arredata con mobili antichi, tv a schermo piatto, ciabatte di tessuto monouso per fare la doccia, che purtroppo è un tutt'uno con i sanitari, quindi non c'è un vero e proprio piatto, ma solo una tenda che divide. B	Bilel Lafqiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in vacanza 6 giorni a follonica e dopo aver visto l'hotel nelle foto su booking abbiamo prenotato. Non ho mai visto un hotel in quelle condizioni. Assenza di personale e di disponibilità, ristorante penoso, non ci farei mangiare nemmeno il mio cane. Per non parlare della camera. Mi sono tagliato per colpa di un chiodo nella doccia, il lavandino è crollato appena mi ci sono appoggiato e ci hanno pure fatto pagare la riparazione aggiungendo altre cose, insomma si sono rifatti il bagno nuovo. Il bidet era intoppato e non andava giù l'acqua. Non a caso l'hotel era vuoto e al ristorante su 100 coperti eravamo in 7 a mangiarci. L'unica cosa che si salva è la piscina. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti quanti. I was on vacation 6 days in follonica and after seeing the hotel in the photos on booking we booked. I have never seen a hotel in those conditions. Absence of staff and availability, bad restaurant, I wouldn't even eat my dog. Not to mention the room. I cut myself because of a nail in the shower, the sink collapsed as soon as I leaned on it and they even made us pay for the repair by adding other things, in short, the new bathroom was redone. The bidet was stuck and the water was not going down. It was no coincidence that the hotel was empty and there were 7 people eating at the restaurant with 100 seats. The only thing you save is the pool. I strongly discourage everyone.

La prima colazione la pulizia e la piscina sono il punto di forza della struttura.obbiettivamente andrebbe ristrutturato a livello di camere e bagni.ma tutto sommato anche cosi non manca nulla. La posizione dell'hotel è strategica sia per la vicinanza con la città di Follonica.sia per le spiagge della maremma. Grazie. The stay was pleasant. Essere tuttavia a due passi dal centro di Follonica è un vantaggio in più. Colazione con buffet abbondante, ottima. Gentile, rapido e puntuale il servizio. A simple, clean hotel. La Proprietà è affabile e cordiale. Il servizio è eccellente. La cucina ottima. Non si può chiedere di più. Le uniche cose che non mi sono piaciute sono i succhi di frutta a colazione nel tetra Pak,cosa che non mi è sembrata tanto adeguata ad un hotel, e poi l'hotel da fuori un po'sporco sulle pareti. Sono cose di poco conto che,se fossero migliorate, renderebbero l'hotel più piacevole. Nonostante questi disguidi, abbiamo passato delle belle vacanze We had a nice holiday here. The only things I didn't like are the fruit juices at breakfast in the tetra Pak, which I didn't think was very adequate for a hotel, and then the hotel from the outside a bit dirty on the walls.
