★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questo posto su consiglio della struttura che ci ospita. Che dire i formaggi sono fantastici e saporiti. Si sente tutta la passione e la professionalità che Saba ci mette. Vi consiglio caldamente di acquistare qualche formaggio non ve ne pentirete. Le capre e le pecore sono nutrite con semi di lino che rendono il loro latte ricco di omega tre che fa bene anche a chi ha problemi di colesterolo

Sono buonissimi, vale la pena andarci solo per la ricotta di pecora. Io sono appassionata di formaggio stagionato, e siccome detesto la roba industriale, lei è una tappa obbligata quando passo da quelle parti.
