★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancanza di ingredienti. Nessuna vera alternativa proposta al tonno che non era disponibile. Siamo noi a dover chiedere di rifare tutta la piadina che viene rifatta in maniera sbagliata (scelta standard). Sbagliano pure a farci il conto facendoci pagare di più. In tutto questo mai una volta un "ci scusi" ma anzi sembra che siamo noi ad avere fatto il torto. Una vergogna. Soprattutto considerando che altri tre tavoli erano infuriati nello stesso momento per ragioni diverse. Personale da cambiare in toto.
 Lack of ingredients. No real alternative proposed to tuna which was not available. We are the ones who have to ask to redo all the piadina that is redone in the wrong way (standard choice). They are also wrong to make us the bill by making us pay more. In all this never once an "excuse us" but rather it seems that we have done the wrong. A shame. Especially considering that three other tables were raging at the same time for different reasons. Staff to be changed in full.

DOPO UN SACCO DI ATTESA, QUESTO È IL RISULTATO. Era già successo a un’amica ma non sono una che si basa su quello che dicono gli altri. VERGOGNOSO. Non ho mai recensito un posto. Ma assolutamente, lo sconsiglio. È veramente una presa in giro, vergognoso.
I PROMISE THAT THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT PIADINES.
AFTER A LOT OF WAITING, THIS IS THE RESULT. It had already happened to a friend but I'm not one who relies on what others say. SHAMEFUL. I have never reviewed a place. But absolutely, I do not recommend it. It really is a mockery, shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo in cerca di un posticino tranquillo dove passare un paio d'ore in orario di cena, per fortuna che abbiamo trovato questo posto! Ambiente carino, ottimo cibo e personale super disponibile (Alice), dopo aver provato la catena a Brescia sono davvero contenta di averla trovata anche qui. Spero davvero rimanga per moooolto tempo.
We were looking for a quiet place to spend a couple of hours during dinner time, luckily we found this place! Nice environment, great food and super helpful staff (Alice), after trying the chain in Brescia I'm really happy to have found it here too. I really hope it stays for a loooong time.

Solo dopo un attesa di 10 minuti ci avvertono che l’ingrediente principale della piadina ordinata era finito. Dopo varie insistenze accettano di sostituirmi la piadina sbagliando poi di nuovo l’ordine fatto in sostituzione.
Spero che il responsabile abbia il decoro di porre un rimedio alla situazione causata da personale incompetente, scortese e presuntuoso nei confronti del cliente!
Io e miei amici non torneremo mai più!
Terrifying experience!
Only after waiting for 10 minutes do they warn us that the main ingredient of the piadina ordered was finished. After several insistences, they agree to replace the piadina, then again mistaking the order made in replacement.
I hope that the manager has the dignity to remedy the situation caused by incompetent, rude and presumptuous staff towards the customer!
My friends and I will never go back!

Alice è stata estremamente gentile e cortese e ci ha servito nel migliore dei modi!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio è dire poco, la mia ragazza ed io abbiamo ordinato 2 piadine tramite l'APP che a dire da loro dovrebbe fare saltare la coda. Ordine fatto alle 11.00 per ritiro tra le 13.25 e 13.30. Siamo arrivati puntuali e l'ordine non era ancora pronto, locale quasi deserto, una coppia arrivata dopo di noi è addirittura stata servita prima, alle 13.50 finalmente arrivano le nostre piadine che non siamo nemmeno riusciti a mangiare sul posto ma in macchina mentre tornavamo al lavoro con tutti i disagi del caso. Non capisco perché i proprietari non prendano provvedimenti vedendo anche tante altre recensioni negative. Pessimi. 1 stella regalata
Bad service is an understatement, my girlfriend and I ordered 2 wraps through the APP which to say from them should make the queue jump. Order made at 11.00 for collection between 13.25 and 13.30. We arrived on time and the order was not yet ready, the place was almost deserted, a couple who arrived after us were even served earlier, at 13.50 our wraps finally arrive that we were not even able to eat on the spot but in the car on our way back to the I work with all the inconveniences of the case. I don't understand why the owners don't take action seeing so many other negative reviews as well. Bad. 1 star given away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo ordinato io e la mia ragazza due piadine diverse ma con all’interno entrambi la lattuga. Glielo abbiamo fatto notare in maniera pacata. Ci hanno proposto di rifarcele ma per due foglie di lattuga non aveva senso. La ragazza si è alterata e alla fine ci hanno rimborsato 60 centesimi in modo sgarbato. Volevamo prendere la piadina con la nutella ma se questo è il modo di rivolgersi ai clienti, prenderemo il dolce da una altra parte…
My girlfriend and I had ordered two different wraps but both had lettuce inside. We pointed this out to him calmly. They offered us to make them again but for two lettuce leaves it made no sense. The girl got upset and in the end they refunded us 60 cents in a rude way. We wanted to take the piadina with nutella but if this is the way to address the customers, we will take the dessert somewhere else ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tralasciando l'attesa che è sempre lunghissima e non dipende neanche dalla quantità di clienti, é davvero scandaloso vedere che l'impasto e gli ingredienti delle piadine vengano maneggiati senza alcuna igiene.
Durante l'attesa ho notato che più volte l'addetto alla cassa ha toccato contanti ed altro per prendere l'ordine dei clienti e poi è entrato in cucina senza lavare le mani per aiutare con la preparazione il resto del team.
Ci sono delle norme igieniche da rispettare, letteralmente assurdo!
Per il resto che dire, sempre la solita arroganza e zero professionalità.
Speriamo che venga un controllo della Asl perché meritate una sanzione ed una chiusura.
Leaving aside the wait which is always very long and does not even depend on the number of customers, it is really scandalous to see that the dough and the ingredients of the wraps are handled without any hygiene.
While waiting, I noticed that several times the cashier touched cash and more to take the customers' order and then went into the kitchen without washing his hands to help the rest of the team with the preparation.
There are hygiene rules to be respected, literally absurd!
For the rest what to say, always the usual arrogance and zero professionalism.
We hope that the ASL will be checked because you deserve a sanction and a closure.
