NEVER AGAIN !! ??? I only discover now that I take the duvet from the closet (after it was returned to me at the end of April from the laundry, a month and a half after bringing it to us!) That it has all the broken zipper (the piece that blocks the slider is missing, consequently this It comes out! What's more there is all the ruined dangle as if it had been pulled with pliers !!!) It was a gift received at Christmas, € 350 duvet. So used for only three months .. you know what a turnaround!?!?!? !! Another note is the number stapled on the front of the hood .. that to remove it I almost break the fabric of the down jacket !!! I called for the complaint but obviously after all these months and no longer in possession of the receipt I can only attach myself to the tram ... My mistake that I had to pass the jacket completely instead of putting it in the closet .. but on the other hand there was also the cunning of camouflaging the break by managing to somehow close the zipper, making it seem that this was happened by the hand of those who would have opened it again !!!! Now it is clear to me why it took more than a month to wash a duvet !!!!!! HEAR ME, GO ELSEWHERE !!!! ??? A € 140 dress was presented to me after 1 month of waiting with the exact same zipper it was worn with! Thank you for not calling finance! Not to mention so much waiting and exorbitant prices just because the tailor's shop is in Settimo Milanese.

I have to congratulate the staff for making me lose patience, between the storage and the withdrawal of the clothes I will have lost about 2 and a half hours of my life that I will never see again. First of all, the cashier is extremely rude, slow and incompetent, as well as not even understanding the native language of the country where she works, which would not be a problem if she knew how to use the laundry service which in the end is almost completely automated between codes and barcodes . Secondly, the prices are exaggerated for the service offered, in addition to the poor quality of the washing, the white garments have been mixed (upon delivery) with the blacks, causing a mix of hair never seen before. We will never rely on this laundry again.

To shorten a pair of pants it took 13 working days because the orders had lost the size of the hem (unfortunately twice, making it necessary to repeatedly show up on the spot, to hear unlikely excuses). I had also brought 3 pairs of trousers to wash and with my disappointment I noticed that they take the belt loops to pinch the labels, thereby ruining them. Extremely not recommended, it is worth spending 1/2 € more to get an adequate service.
