★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata venti minuti prima della chiusura, ho guardato le pentole alle quali ero interessata nell' attesa di una commessa per chiedere il prodotto da acquistare. Due delle commesse erano intente nell' impacchettare e conversare con un cliente che aveva acquistato mentre un'altra se ne stava sulle sue in cassa. Alle 19:50, dieci minuti prima della chiusura quest' ultima chiama una delle due facendola venire verso di me per dirmi di accomodarmi fuori perché non avrebbero più potuto battere cassa. Resoconto: personale poco disponibile con dieci e lode di antipatia e senza voglia di lavorare ma con tanta voglia di chiacchierare con i clienti che hanno già servito. Peccato perché il negozio merita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ragazza bionda delle ore 19:12 del 13/12/2021 a nel negozio a tavernola, risponde maleducamente alla mia richiesta di reso di un prodotto, la sua collega continua a dire che il prodotto è rotto e lei insiste a chiedere se il motore funziona, voglio il reso ma lei mi risponde dicendo "adesso ti faccio aspettare apposta"
