★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specialmente in orario di scarsa affluenza, credo che tutti debbano fare la fila in modo corretto, mi spiace ma é veramente segnale di bassa professionalità e bassissima attenzione al cliente preparare le piadine in ordine di simpatia / conoscenza con le ragazze al bancone. In particolare perché non dovrebbe essere molto complicato seguire il progressivo che viene assegnato ai clienti in fase di ordine. Qualità ok, servizio molto, ma molto, rivedibile.

È inaccettabile un errore quando il prodotto è scritto chiaramente sul Digital e non a mano!
Purtroppo nel 2022 a piantedo(SO) con un ordine ben definito e già pagato on line ho ricevuto una piadina che non era quella ordinata, totalmente diversa, purtroppo per il ritiro si è presentata mia moglie e non sono riuscito a risponderle al telefono per dirle che la piadina che le avevano consegnato non era quella corretta.
Nonostante l errore, l ordine é anche stato evaso frettolosamente vista l ora tarda(20 20), vicini alla chiusura del locale (20:30).
Nel 2022 non è possibile avere dipendenti che hanno evidenti difficoltà a leggere ed impostare gli ordini che giungono on line!
Totalmente scontento del servizio, perché é ineccepibile che questo succeda in una piccola realtà, in ore serali in TOTALE assenza di persone! La fretta di pulire i macchinari è chiudere viene prima del cliente?
Purtroppo ho pagato una piadina ad un costo superiore rispetto a quella che mi é stata data.
Procederó al rimborso con assistenza clienti. E richiesta rimborso PayPal!

Unfortunately in 2022 in piantedo (SO) with a well-defined and already paid online order I received a piadina that was not the one ordered, totally different, unfortunately my wife showed up for collection and I was unable to answer her on the phone to tell her that the piadina they had given her was not the correct one.
Despite the error, the order was also processed in a hurry given the late hour (20-20), close to the closing of the restaurant (20:30).
In 2022 it is not possible to have employees who have obvious difficulties in reading and setting the orders that arrive online!
Totally dissatisfied with the service, because it is unexceptionable that this happens in a small reality, in the evening hours in TOTAL absence of people! Does the rush to clean machinery and shut down come before the customer?
Unfortunately I paid for a piadina at a higher cost than the one I was given.
I will process the refund with customer support. PayPal refund required!
