★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una sola parola per definire questo negozio:” truffatori”. Ho attivato una linea telefonica, e, al momento del pagamento di 50 € su una promozione da 11.... Mi viene dato un caricaricatore wireless dicendomi fosse in omaggio con l’acquisto della sim.
Verificato meglio lo scontrino una volta tornato a casa, in quanto 50€ mi sembrasse una cifra un po’ esagerata per un attivazione, mi accorgo che il caricatore mi è stato battuto come acquisto all’interno dello scontrino per un importo di 24.99€ .
Sconsiglio vivamente di accettare qualsiasi omaggio da parte del negozio.

 One word to define this shop: "scammers". I activated a phone line, and, upon paying € 50 on a promotion from 11 .... I am given a wireless charger telling me it was free with the purchase of the sim.
Having checked the receipt better once I returned home, as € 50 seemed a bit exaggerated for an activation, I realize that the charger was beaten as a purchase within the receipt for an amount of € 24.99.
I strongly advise against accepting any gifts from the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Mi hanno attivato una linea senza dirmi che sarebbe diventata estremamente lenta dopo i primi 200 giga. Sono tornata nel giro di poche ore per disattivarla spiegandone il motivo ma il commesso di turno, con fare particolarmente arrogante, mi ha liquidato dicendomi che non era un problema suo ma del collega che mi ha fatto il contratto, che "non lavora come lui". Mi ha così consigliato di tornare e di prendermela con il collega in questione.
Io non volevo prendermela con nessuno, ma solo disattivare la linea appena fatta. Mai visto un atteggiamento simile in nessun altro negozio.
Bad experience. They activated a line for me without telling me it would become extremely slow after the first 200 gigs. I returned within a few hours to deactivate it, explaining the reason but the clerk on duty, with a particularly arrogant attitude, dismissed me by telling me that it was not his problem but of the colleague who made me the contract, who "does not work like him" . I didn't want to take it out on anyone, but just turn off the line just made. Never seen such an attitude in any other shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, mi sono recentemente rivolta al centro TIM di Fuentes per chiedere riattivazione sim card scaduta dopo un anno di inutilizzo e mi è stato riferito che non c'era più nessuna possibilità di recupero del numero. Casualmente ho scoperto che entrando in MY TIM ,con due semplici passaggi, sono riuscita a riattivare il numero ed anche il credito che avevo. Mi sono chiesta: è questa l'assistenza del centro Tim? Non era nella loro possibilità riattivarlo? Resto in attesa di risposta. Grazie.

Paghi un corriere... Do una stella perché meno non posso...ma cambierò compagnia telefonica... Questo è sicuro...

Siamo andati a disattivare il servizio incluso non richiesto, ma attivato da loro senza specificarlo... Ce lo hanno tolto, inserendo altri 3 servizi, al costo di 50euro oltre al canone mensile.. Attivati senza firma ne consenso! Una volta chieste spiegazioni, in modo arrogante e beffardo, se ne sono "lavati le mani", dicendo di chiamare il 187 e sbrigarcela da soli... Così è stato... L'assistenza del 187 è stata ottima, per fortuna... Dovremo comunque pagare ancora per restituire un decoder ed un servizio non richiesto... Leggendo le recensioni precedenti, sembra una loro abitudine!
