A	Alessandro Olivieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato a cena 10 giorni fa. Location davvero carina nella cornice della piazzetta con chiesa Bizantina ed ex sede arcivescovile di fronte al ristorante. Il cibo è buono e il pesce fresco e di qualità. Il ristorante è comunque molto semplice e quando siamo stati si poteva scegliere al più tra fritture, insalate di mare e pesce arrosto. A mio avviso manca qualche primo (anche semplice, tipo spaghetti con le cozze) per completare il menù e renderlo anche più accattivante. Comunque buono per una cenetta nel centro storico di Castro. I went for dinner 10 days ago. Really nice location in the frame of the square with Byzantine church and former archbishop's seat in front of the restaurant. The food is good and the fish is fresh and of quality. However, the restaurant is very simple and when we were there you could choose between fried fish, seafood salads and roasted fish. In my opinion, a few first courses are missing (even simple ones, such as spaghetti with mussels) to complete the menu and make it even more appealing. Still good for a dinner in the historic center of Castro.

Buona la paranza ma insufficiente la spigola di allevamento e congelato (scherziamo...siamo a Castro e non posso mangiare un pesce fresco pescato del luogo!?!). Trovo un oltraggio per gli amanti del pesce offrire il Salmone (cosa c‘entra con la gastronomia locale) perché non offrire anche fish & chips giusto per completare il paradosso. Pleasant and relaxing place, kind and friendly staff, unfortunately the kitchen is not up to par. Good paranza but insufficient farmed and frozen bass (kidding ... we are in Castro and I cannot eat a fresh fish of the place!?!). I find it outrageous for fish lovers to offer Salmon (what does this have to do with local gastronomy) why not also offer fish & chips just to complete the paradox.

Unico neo pochi tavoli posti in una pittoresca piazzetta storica di castro. Per fortuna compensato del servizio take away Excellent fry, fresh fish also proposed raw for connoisseurs. Friendly and helpful staff. The only drawback a few tables placed in a picturesque historic square of castro. Luckily compensated for the take away service

I proprietari e i ragazzi sempre educati e gentilissimi, davvero una bella scoperta... da riprovare! Consigliatissimo, complimenti davvero. A wonderful place! We have been three times for dinner and tasted different dishes, all delicious! The dishes were fresh, tasty and excellently prepared. The owners and the guys always polite and very kind, a really nice discovery ... to try again! Highly recommended, congratulations indeed.

Deliziosi la parmigiana di pesce e le polpette di polpo. Una volta occupato il tavolo si può scegliere autonomamente i piatti del menù e pagare, dopodiché si aspetta (poco tempo) l'arrivo delle ordinazioni. Posto senza grosse pretese ma di qualità, ideale per una cena informale. Graditissima la presenza dei gatti. Nice restaurant in the historic center of Castro. There are outdoor tables in the small square opposite. The fish is fresh and there is a good variety of dishes. Delicious fish parmesan and octopus meatballs. Once the table is occupied, you can choose the dishes on the menu yourself and pay, after which you wait (a short time) for orders to arrive. Unpretentious but quality place, ideal for an informal dinner. Very welcome the presence of cats.

Wonderful ambiance. You need to order inside and very friendly staff bring the dishes to the table. We sat there 2 times on a wonderful hot summer night under the moon and the stars. I am total fan of this place ! Prices are very fair even in high season for fresh products.
