This is a very modern, clean and secure place to stay. It is near the Lake, but it is also noisy. There is a Carrefour some 150-200 metres and a park behind, but there were a number of youths drinking near to the Carrefour and in the park, where it was said not to be safe to go through at night, though I did not experience anything personally. The accomodation itself is confused as to the market it wants to attract. As a couple or singleton it is good, but not as two travelling companions needing two separate bedrooms, where it is not. Although the website says it is suitable for 4 people, I do not think it is at all, as there is not enoigh space. There is no door between the bedroom and the living area and so no privacy at all. The bed settee is very comfortable, but one cannot sit on it to watch the TV and you had to sleep with the red light of the TV above the head. The very bright lcd lights situated at the doorway in one's eyeline in bed - so much so, that a chair needed to be placed in front of it. There were no coathangers in the wardrobes in the bedroom. Nowhere to put suitcases. The bathroom is nice and clean towels were provided every day, but the bedding for the 5 days/nights there, were not changed at all. It is unclear whether it is supposed to be self-catering, as there is a fairly nice kitchen area, but without basics of wine glasses (where we were told that they were not provided in case they got broken) or even a corkscrew. There was no chopping board, no t-towels, toaster, microwave and only 2 forks. The grater was nothing more than a nutmeg grater in size. But, there was a large enough fridge-freezer, cooker - but no oven gloves, and a washing machine and a coffee machine with 3 pods of coffee and a kettle. No tea or sugar. Neither of us drank twa or coffee and so this did not present a problem. A jar of tomato 'sauce' with some virgin olive oil and spaghetti was left for a welcoming gift, but no salt with which to cook. Not sure if the squirty thing by the sink was washing up liquid or hand cleaner! The water for washing up was by kettle, as never had hot water. The shower was not hot, except on the first morning, but was pk in warmth. There was a problem with the electrics where the jet-engine noise of a fan would not turn off and assistance was required and after tripping the electrics, we got the assistance, but even then there was ongoing issues with the fan. We found the door unlocked on 2 occasions. The light switch for the bathroom was in the bedroom. There was no information about the apartment left for guests to read. There is a lovely rooftop area with some nice views, but no comfortable seating, so a wasted space. Finally, they have parking - but would not allow it to be used, because it was a lift type and they did not want it to get broken! Accordingly, it cost €20 per night to park in the public car park at the other side of the park. There was no team on call, but the lady whom we needed to speak to (sadly, several times) was very nice, patient and helpful, as far as she could be - even during the evening. So, if a couple or if single, then stay here, as comfortable and secure, if a little noisy. If travelling as two friends and require two beds, then avoid it.

Nice place and good service. The room structure and light switches are a bit tricky. The tap water is good to drink or to make coffee. The Nespresso machine and a few of capsules are included. Definitely recommend!

Our stay here was made the most amazing part of our Italy holiday by the staff. Kind, caring, coutesous and great local ideas of where to visit. Over the road from the lake and a short walk to the ferries train and all shops. Rooms very spacious, clean and everything you need to make your holiday amazing

If you are visiting Como this apartment is a must to stay in. Rooms beautiful and new. Extremely clean. Kitchen a good size and has all you need to prepare a meal in. Room short distance to ferry and local grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

It's modern, minimalist, and spacious with a kitchen! This hotel is so nice and close to the center and lake shore. The staff are sooo helpful and welcoming. We stayed 3 nights with 2 young kids and all of us didnt want to leave. Highly recommend it and definitely be our spot to stay whenever we are in Lake Como again.

Very modern and spacious apartment with a smart concept. Everything needed is in the room, washing machine, dishes, oven, sheets, wi fi and a balcony on nice view on the como garden. The downsides were the parking. They do provide it but it closes at 5 pm! So if you have to park afterwards, the nearby parking is for 20 euros per night. Also, any cleaning is for extra charge on the next day. However it was a great experience and i would come again.

We loved our stay there. Close to everything you need, parking available, and a cozy apartment. There's so much world to see, but I will definitely stay here if I visit Como again!
