Very bad. Site in a badly attended place during the day and at night. Dirty and smelly.

β β β β β Bel posto.. pulito, amplio, il Wi-Fi anda bene, la cucina scomoda.. tutto vicino, tabaccheria, gelateria, panificio, esselunga, carrefour, sala slot Las Vegas.
Nice place .. clean, wide, Wi-Fi goes well, the kitchen uncomfortable .. all close, tobacco shop, ice cream shop, bakery, esselunga, carrefour, Las Vegas slot room.

Great for short or even monthly stays, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom, excellent wifi internet connection. It is also a good solution to visit Como, the bus that connects to the center is 100 meters away. Excellent value for money,

β β β β β Great base for exploring Como and the Lakes. Unattractive exterior belies beautiful distant views from the rear (you wouldn't get these from any front facing rooms). Rooms are clean, spacious, but not air-conditioned and are pretty basic. All you need is there in the kitchen and bathroom though with supermarkets close and a McDonald Cafe down the road. You need a car to stay here, with Como a ten minute drive away, though parking in the centre isn't cheap (head for Lunga Lario Trieste instead - right to the end where you can park 24 hours for β¬3 and a lovely walk back along the lakeside into Como centre or even nearer, up the Funiculore). For a less busy evening head to Pusiano or Alserio for a completely unspoiled lake and cheap/free parking. The Bar Geletaria in Pusiano is just beautiful for drinks amongst a few locals as the sun sets behind the little island. Two things to bear in mind - this accomodation has no reception, so you have to phone or text Paulo to let him know your arrival time so he can be there to meet you, and although there is usually no parking problem, the restaurant on the same site is very popular and so fills the car park up most nights between 9.00 and 10.00 pm so be prepared to wait on the odd occasion until someone leaves. Otherwise, we found this to be great value in comparison with most hotels at the height of the season. Paulo was very nice and most helpful.
