★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edificato inizio '900, facente parte dell'Istituto Carducci, come scuola educativa per giovane educande, poi nel dopoguerra divenne asilo nido, poi sede dell'Istituto Magistrale. Ora, è sede dell'Università con specializzazione giuridica.
Nella parte antistante all'edificio è stato collocato il monumento dedicato a Felice Cavallotti, chiamato dai vecchi Comensi "Pissa lì", essendo collocato in una vicina piazza, a fianco ad un urinatoio, (fino agli anni '70).
 Built at the beginning of the 20th century, part of the Carducci Institute, as an educational school for young boarders, then in the post-war period it became a nursery school, then the headquarters of the Istituto Magistrale. Now, it is home to the university with legal specialization.
The monument dedicated to Felice Cavallotti was placed in front of the building, called by the old Comensi "Pissa là", being placed in a nearby square, next to a urinal, (until the 1970s).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la sede dell'Università, in cui mio figlio ha studiato e si è laureato in Giurisprudenza. Si trova in posizione centrale in città facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus e da quella delle Ferrovie Nord Milano. Per chi arriva in auto c'è vicino l'ampio parcheggio a pagamento "Centro Lago". L'edificio appare ristrutturato perché non suscita piu la sensazione di abbandono di qualche anno fa.
Attira l'attenzione la statua di Felice Cavallotti con l'indice della mano destra puntato verso chi passa.
It is the seat of the University, where my son studied and graduated in Law. It is centrally located in the city, easily reachable on foot from the bus station and the Ferrovie Nord Milano station. For those arriving by car there is the large paid parking "Centro Lago" nearby. The building appears renovated because it no longer arouses the feeling of abandonment of a few years ago.
The statue of Felice Cavallotti with the index finger of his right hand pointing towards the passer-by attracts attention.
