★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old style room, they Can like or not, but the bathroom is bigger than other hotels. Dinner, lunch and breakfast are Amazing, there are a lot of choices and the buffet is plentiful. The lift is very small. The employees are very qualified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely time (rooms are a bit old style furnished but still very nice). The SPA was amazing and ideal for a week end with friends or with your partner.. We would really like to come back in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were very hot, when I asked about air conditioning, they told me there was none. I moved rooms and still could not sleep. They refused to refund me money. I did not even stay the night and lost 330 euro. Do not recommended, they insisted it was cold and not hot and refused to help in any way. Very unhappy with my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE REVIEW IS ONLY REGARDING THE TERME:
Since I was not a guest of the hotel I am not warranted to review it, however I did buy a day ticket exclusively for the terme. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, the indoor ones are unfortunately rather small in comparison to the outdoor ones. That can be a slight problem while visiting during summer as it can be very hot outside. Nevertheless, the water itself is extremely healthy and nourishing for the skin. Overall, I had a very decent stay at this terme, I would recommend it to all who wish to simply relax.
PRICE: 20 EUR per person (same price for kids)
CAUTION: In the pool you must wear a water cap, so prepare it in advance. If you do not have one you may purchase it at the hotel reception for 3 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came right when they opened after the quarantine. Unfortunately their air conditioner wasn’t turned on yet. When we asked about it they offered to show us another room and gave us a free upgrade. It was a small inconvenience but the staff tried to help as best as they could.
The pools were clean, big and warm. Staff was always happy to help. I enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast. I had one of the best pesto pasta ever. Also the staff at the restaurant was always sweet and helped us with everything we needed.

We had the chance to try the Nero spa path and it was insanely relaxing and calming!
Totally recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful terms from the springs around the area. Only used the indoor / outdoor pools ( naturally heated) and that was perfect. Remember to bring a swimming cap. Really clean place with friendly staff. Only thing that could be improved: the reception and registration system - we ended up waiting in line for quite some time just to be able to get in.
