★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apprezziamo la buona volontà dei gestori ma il locale andrebbe curato in pò di più. In una pasticceria il caffè dovrebbe essere espresso e non in cialde anche e di buona qualità. I dolci sono buoni.
Il locale è abbastanza pulito quindi nel complesso il giudizio è positivo.
 We appreciate the good will of the managers but the place should be taken care of in a little more. In a pastry shop the coffee should be espresso and not in pods also and of good quality. Desserts are good.
The place is quite clean so overall the judgment is positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Ricciarelli più soffici e "scioglievoli" mai visti! Complimenti a un pasticcere di origine siciliana così innamorato di Siena da superare i maestri locali? (spero non me ne vogliano). Buonissimi anche i cannoli, e il vasto assortimento di pasticcini e torte è di sicura attrazione e qualità.
The softest and most "melting" Ricciarelli ever seen! Congratulations to a Sicilian-born pastry chef so in love with Siena that he surpasses the local masters? (I hope they don't want to). The cannoli are also very good, and the vast assortment of pastries and cakes is of sure attraction and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pastry shop is centrally located and close to the Campo. There is a sign outside which invites you to explore the shop to taste the huge variety of pastries , panforte and cookies. The variety is staggering , different colours, flavours and pastry which is specifically Sienese. I highly recommend it.
