a	antonio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto panoramico per chi piace la montagna e l'entroterra marchigiano. Si mangia con panorama sulla catena del Vettore e della Sibilla a portata di "mano". Cucina tradizionale dove funghi e tartufo la fanno da padrone....carne tenerissima e contorni classici e senza sorprese, cioè la sorpresa è quella di non averne....Servizio semplice e familiare ma efficiente. Vino rosso della casa robusto e ottimo compagno del pasto propinato. Se volete la cucina gourmet non è per voi, ma se volete un posto tranquillo, in mezzo alla natura, con un panorama speciale (con la neve è eccezionale), e volete ritrovare i sapori della tradizione pagando il giusto, allora fa per voi! Panoramic place for those who like the mountains and the Marche hinterland. You eat with a view of the Carrier and Sibyl ranges at your fingertips. Traditional cuisine where mushrooms and truffles are the masters .... very tender meat and classic side dishes and without surprises, that is, the surprise is not having any .... Comunque gli antipsti si formaggio e salumi sono sempre buonissimi. Tagliatelline funghi e tartufo da 10 e lode, sottotono invece il primo con i ravioli di ricotta (buoni, forse più valutati semplicemente facendoli burro e salvia) e sugo di cinghiale. Per secondo abbiamo preso sia agnello che cinghiale in salmi e c'è da dire che anche se a pancia piena, abbastanza amo finito tutto... Buoni. Porzioni abbondanti, prezzi buoni, sui 25€a persona. After so many years I went back on Saturday for lunch ... I can't say yes I was bad but I haven't found that rustic warmth of once upon a time. However, the antipsts of cheese and salami are always very good. Tagliatelline with mushrooms and truffles from 10 and praise, while the first one is subdued with ricotta ravioli (good, perhaps more valued simply by making them butter and sage) and wild boar sauce. Secondly, we took both lamb and wild boar in jars and it must be said that even if with a full stomach, I quite like finished everything ... Good. Large portions, good prices, around € 25 per person.

I piatti sono della cucina tipica sono realizzati con buoni ingredienti ed hanno soddisfatto i nostri gusti. Il conto è eccezionale con un’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Anche la location all’aperto è davvero molto bella. La Diga was a great experience where we were greeted and served in a very polite, professional and helpful way. The dishes are of the typical cuisine are made with good ingredients and have satisfied our tastes. The bill is exceptional with an excellent quality / price ratio. The outdoor location is also very beautiful.
