Ravioli di ricotta fatti in casa con porcini, tartufo in cottura e tartufo fresco a scaglie a dir poco meraviglioso, cottura ottima e soprattutto leggeri sia nel ripieno che nel condimento( del tipo che te ne mangeresti 50 senza rimanere pesante). Personale ultra cortese e coccolante, sempre a disposizione e molto professionale. Complimenti davvero! Excellent truffle appetizer with an excellent balance between texture and flavor of truffle with various types of dishes. Homemade ricotta ravioli with porcini mushrooms, truffle in cooking and fresh truffle flakes nothing short of wonderful, excellent cooking and above all light both in the filling and in the sauce (the type that you would eat 50 without being heavy). Ultra courteous and pampering staff, always available and very professional. Sincere congratulations!

I ravioli di ricotta e tartufo sono buonissimi ed il filetto con tartifo tenerissimo.. Il personale è disponibile e gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente. We had a great time in this very well refurbished and reorganized restaurant compared to several years ago. The food is horrid and plentiful. The ricotta and truffle ravioli are very good and the tenderloin with tender tartifo .. The staff is helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.

Gran numero di tv per cui locale ottimo per vedere la partita con amici assaggiando anche le ottime pizze. Vino rosso della casa eccellente. Servizio cordiale e familiare. Prezzo adeguato al tartufo. Must place for truffles and mushrooms. Cozy and well furnished. Try the truffle and mushroom tagliatelle. The appetizers are delicious. Large number of TVs, so it's a great place to watch the game with friends and also taste the excellent pizzas. Excellent house red wine. Friendly and familiar service. Price adjusted to the truffle.

Personale carinissimo, ci hanno offerto anche lo spumante e gli amari in occasione della vittoria. Per cena abbiamo scelto entrambi il menù al tartufo e devo dire che l'antipati e la carne erano molto buoni e abbondanti! La pasta poteva sapere più di tartufo, ma era comunque molto buona. Grazie al personale per averci fatto passare una piacevole serata e per lo spumante! My boyfriend and I had dinner at this restaurant on Sunday 11th July. We all know, we became European champions that night! Very nice staff, they also offered us sparkling wine and bitters on the occasion of the victory. For dinner we both chose the truffle menu and I must say that the antipati and the meat were very good and abundant! The pasta might have tasted more than truffles, but it was still very good. Thanks to the staff for making us spend a pleasant evening and for the sparkling wine!
A	Alessandra Boccabianca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scelto il menù al tartufo (consigliato!) composto da: antipasti al tartufo; primo a scelta (noi eravamo in 4 ed abbiamo preso 2 tagliatelle e 2 ravioli); secondo a scelta (abbiamo preso il filetto al tartufo e una porzione fuori menù di agnello); contorno a scelta (2 porzioni di patate arrosto e 2 di insalata); dolce a scelta (tiramisù) e caffè. I piatti erano tutti abbastanza buoni ed anche abbastanza farciti con scaglie di tartufo, ma chiaramente molto dipende dalla sapidità e dal profumo del tartufo stesso, e questo purtroppo un po' è mancato (col tartufo si sà... ci vuole fortuna!). Ad esempio negli antipasti (comunque sfiziosi) la frittatina non sapeva molto di tartufo... nonostante ci fosse. In aggiunta fuori menù abbiamo preso due porzioni di porcini ma il sapore di fondo era un po' amaro... anche lì si va a fortuna! Come primo piatto invece ho apprezzato di più i ravioli di ricotta molto buoni. Il filetto al tartufo era un burro, tenerissimo e ottima cottura al sangue come richiesto. Anche l'agnello era buono e ben cotto. Il tiramisù leggero anche se era poco cremoso e con tanti pavesini... Personale attento e gentile (a richiesta ci ha portato anche un tartufo in più da grattare sui piatti). Nel complesso penso che comunque ci si possa tornare, sperando di trovare un tartufo più saporito e profumato. We chose the truffle menu (recommended!) Consisting of: truffle appetizers; first choice (we were 4 and we took 2 tagliatelle and 2 ravioli); second choice (we took the fillet with truffles and an off-menu portion of lamb); side dish of your choice (2 portions of roasted potatoes and 2 of salad); dessert of your choice (tiramisu) and coffee. The dishes were all quite good and also quite stuffed with truffle flakes, but clearly a lot depends on the flavor and scent of the truffle itself, and unfortunately this is missing a bit (with truffles you know ... you need luck!). For example, in the appetizers (however delicious) the omelette did not taste much of truffle ... even though it was there. In addition, off the menu, we took two portions of porcini mushrooms but the underlying taste was a bit bitter ... even there you are lucky! As a first course I appreciated the very good ricotta ravioli more. The fillet with truffles was a butter, very tender and excellent cooked rare as required. The lamb was also good and well cooked. The light tiramisu even if it was not very creamy and with many pavesini ... Attentive and kind staff (on request he also brought us an extra truffle to scratch on the plates). Overall, I think we can still go back, hoping to find a tastier and more fragrant truffle.
