Qualche piccola defaiance nell'organizzazione delle comande, niente di insormontabile visto che c'era molta gente. Il locale interno molto piccolo con distanziamento prevedeva pochi coperti essendo una bella giornata di sole abbiamo mangiato fuori distanziati e respirando aria buona e sono stata contenta per loro che con tutte le difficoltà che ancora trovano hanno potuto lavorare bene. Leggendo alcune recensioni mi sono stupita delle critiche mosse, molto poche fortunatamente, visto in che condizioni lavorano e lo fanno con tanta umiltà e passione. Cameriera faceva tutto da sola e non arrivava. Entrate alle 12.30 uscita quasi alle 16 Sunday lunch. Too much waiting. Between first and second past 1 hour. Little personal, all in the family. Waitress did everything by herself and didn't come. Check in at 12.30pm, exit at almost 4pm

Vista la bontà degli stuzzichini abbiamo deciso di cenare con un calice di rosso Piceno facendoci guidare dalla proprietaria che ci ha portato diversi assaggi di piatti locali: lenticchie di castelluccio di Norcia in Umido, ravioloni di ricotta e spinaci burro salvia, amatriciana e crostata e salame di cioccolato accompagnato da passito locale. Il tutto in una splendida cornice naturale nel cuore dei Sibillini. Da visitare! The restaurant reopened in the area below the old town after the earthquake is delightful. Much taste and elegance. Da assaggiare assolutamente l'antipasto con ricotta di Colfiorito e marmellata di loro produzione e le lasagne! Very friendly and welcoming staff, very good food!
