★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best Restaurant of the Region Marche. For people not loving the mountain area, it seems to be far from everything but would be, surely, a wonderful discovery. It needs to get here several time to taste all the fantastic dishes prepared by a chef with a great background. Rich the choices of wines. Be careful to not judge the place from outside, because inside you will be contradicted. Try the trout prepared with seasonal wild and rare spices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding experience. Well worth the trip. We went for the 9 courses tasting menu. Every dish was very interesting and cooked with fresh ingredients. Price is actually cheaper than I thought it would be.
