β β β β β We tried 4 different places in Trapani (two with higher ratings than the cozza ubriaca) and this was by far the best (I am not a noivce when it comes to italian cuisine so I know what I'm talking about). I do not understand why rating is not higher; we ended up eating 3 times at the cozza. The food was excellent, staff very friendly, really moderate prices conpared to similar places in this area. Try the seafood misto antipasti platter. Also try their desserts. It will be really hard to find a better restaurant for the money in this area of trapani.

β β β β β Amazing restaurant, I've been coming here with my family for many years in the summer, the owner is also the chef so we've never had bad surprises as he's really good and cares about quality!
seafood is amazing and fresh, mussels, the mixed seafood platter, bruschettas, everything is really tasty...and my kids love busiate pesto trapanese which is homemade pasta with a wonderful fresh pesto on top. I can only recommend it...actually it's a MUST if you come to trapani

β β β β β Food was average, nothing exceptional. Friendly english speaking waiter, however we got white wine instead of red we ordered. Ordered also lemon sorbet that never arrived. In case of full restaurant I understand miatakes happen, but tge restaurant was empty durring our visit

Set of tuna starters made me like tuna again.
Saw locals inside, so it must be authentic too.

β β β β β Very attentive servers who were keen to take the order as soon as sat down and as soon as drinks arrived.
Mixed results with food. Nice mixed seafood starter, one tasty main but then one bland main.
Finally, having to having to ask for the bill 3times across a 35minute window was not ideal end to the meal

β β β β β We came here on our first night in Sicily. The clams and spaghetti were decent though nothing particularly special. My partner had the the sea urchin spaghetti but couldnβt eat it as it tasted like a rock pool. We were unsure if it was supposed to taste like this (the service English spoken was not good enough to ask)! The calamari and the steak were tough but we liked the Sicilian sparkling wine and lemon sorbetto. The service was friendly enough and it was a nice setting though a average meal. We ended up here because our preferred spots were booked up (so might be worth booking ahead).
