★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta davvero affascinata da questa piccola chiesa, un po' nascosta, se vogliamo, ma al cui interno i misteri lasciano a bocca aperta. Le figure, meravigliose nei colori e nelle fattezze, si sono mantenute perfette negli anni e nel tempo..
Veramente dei capolavori da cui è difficile distogliere lo sguardo..
Ho molto gradito le spiegazioni avute da un signore molto discreto che si trovava all'interno della chiesa.
I was really fascinated by this small church, a little hidden, if you like, but inside which the mysteries leave you speechless. The figures, marvelous in their colors and features, have remained perfect over the years and over time.
Truly masterpieces from which it is difficult to look away ..
I very much appreciated the explanations received from a very discreet gentleman who was inside the church.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesa di particolare importanza perché ospita i 20 gruppi scultorei dei misteri di Trapani che rappresentano la passione di Cristo. Il venerdì Santo e tutti i venerdì precedenti in questa chiesa si svolgono diverse attività religiose. Il venerdì Santo dalla chiesa esce la processione dei Misteri che si sviluppa principalmente lungo il centro storico della città. Consiglio vivamente di visitare questa chiesa se vi trovate in vacanza a Trapani.
Church of particular importance because it houses the 20 sculptural groups of the mysteries of Trapani that represent the passion of Christ. On Good Friday and all previous Fridays, various religious activities take place in this church. On Good Friday the procession of the Mysteries leaves the church and develops mainly along the historic center of the city. I highly recommend visiting this church if you are on holiday in Trapani.
