La via di accesso all'area picnic si trova sulla sinistra prima di entrare nel bosco, non ci sono cartelli, l'unica indicazione può essere una fontana all'ingresso. M	Maria Paola Ingusci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In mattinata, arrivati a Satriano di Lucania, abbiamo cercato su maps un bosco o qualcosa di simile, per poter fare una bella passeggiata all'aria aperta. Abbiamo trovato questo boschetto e ci siamo andati. La strada per arrivare è carina e piena di vegetazione, ma l'asfalto è molto disconnesso e sdrucciolevole. Abbiamo fatto un pò di strada, che diventava sempre peggio, poi per fortuna abbiamo incrociato dei signori e ci hanno fatto ritornare indietro e ci hanno accompagnati vicino all' entrata del bosco. Praticamente non vi è alcuna segnaletica e non conoscendo il posto sarebbe stato impossibile arrivarci da soli. Ci siamo fermati vicino ad un cancello, tipo staccionata, in legno, ci hanno detto di entrare. A noi è sembrato strano, ancora nessun cartello e sembrava di entrare in una proprietà privata. Ma entrando, siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Un bel boschetto per passeggiare, pulito e accogliente. Vi è un piccolo parco giochi per bimbi con giostrine tenute bene. Ci sono 3 bacini artificiali, che non sono bellissimi come struttura, ma si contestualizzano discretamente nel luogo. Vi è un albero, scolpito in bronzo(credo) ben fatto, ( ne abbiamo trovati altri simili, più tardi, nel paese) dove vi è un q-r code che racconta qualcosa della storia è dell' importante di quei luoghi anche per le generazioni passate). Atmosfera fresca, pulita e profumo di sottobosco ci hanno trattenuto per un paio di ore. Dimenticato, vi è un'area pic nic discretamente attrezzata. Contenti della sosta, ve lo consigliamo a patto che riuscite a trovarlo! In the morning, when we arrived in Satriano di Lucania, we looked for a forest or something similar on maps, to be able to take a nice walk in the open air. We found this grove and went there. The road to get there is nice and full of greenery, but the asphalt is very bumpy and slippery. We walked a little way, which was getting worse and worse, then luckily we met some gentlemen and they made us go back and they accompanied us near the entrance of the wood. There is practically no signage and not knowing the place it would have been impossible to get there alone. We stopped near a gate, like a fence, made of wood, we were told to enter. It seemed strange to us, still no sign and it felt like entering a private property. But upon entering, we were pleasantly impressed. A nice grove to walk around, clean and welcoming. There is a small playground for children with well-kept merry-go-rounds. There are 3 artificial basins, which are not very beautiful in structure, but discreetly contextualize in the place. There is a tree, carved in bronze (I think) well done, (we found other similar ones, later in the country) where there is a qr code that tells something of the history and of the important of those places even for past generations ). Fresh, clean atmosphere and the scent of undergrowth held us back for a couple of hours. Forgotten, there is a discreetly equipped picnic area. Happy with the stop, we recommend it as long as you can find it!
