M	Markus Both on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a large pleasure to stay in this osteria. The zupa di cozze and the caponata was the best we had in Sicilia (and we tried a lot). Service from Pierre-Luca and his team is fantastic. And i spend a lot on fancy restaurants, but this place showed me, that with only a little money you can have the best food in the world. In our two weeks stay it was the only place which we visited twice. I can really state proudly, that I had twice a dinner in the best osteria in Trapani and Sicilia.

We had one but were really deceived: it is just plain basic couscous, with tomato sauce, not a single vegetable and only one small sardine. We saw afterwards many other restaurants with lot of fishes and vegetables. We also had local pasta “a la botarga” with shrimps but the shrimps were boiled / over cooked. The house wine was also not very nice for a place like Sicily with so many nice wines.The waiter was very nice and friendly but we were deceived by the quality of the dinner that was not nice.

E	Emanuele Dolce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t think you can find anything better than eating great, traditional food while watching a superb sunset in front of the sea... Add kind, young, attentive, and smiling service and you get a wonderful dinner. The fish couscous was great, but please try the traditional trapanese “caponata” too (much better than the palermitan one...!) - you can get it as a starter for instance. Wine selection was very good as well and prices are absolutely reasonable. We found the restaurant by chance and we will definitely go there again: a must-try if you’re in Trapani.
