Punti critici per qualcuno che insegue ossessivamente la comodità:3 piano e ventilatori. La casa è fresca comunque e in un palazzo antico è probabile che non ci sia l'ascensore. Per amanti della realtà.
 Spotlessly clean. Great location. Fair and well-kept furnishings. Small terrace on the roofs. Dishes for cooking. Critical points for someone who obsessively pursues comfort: 3 floor and fans. The house is cool anyway and in an ancient building there is probably no elevator. For lovers of reality.
