Siamo stati benissimo! Excellent choice, very functional and tastefully furnished structure, managed with competence by the owners. Located 10 minutes walk from the historic center. We had a great time!

D	Diego Truccolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è appena fuori dal centro (2 passi veramente) È un appartamento in una palazzina con parcheggio comodo. L'appartamento si vede che è ristrutturato da poco cucina, camere, bagno, tutto nuovo. La cucina area comune della struttura (con frigo, forno, microonde, machina del caffè) dove al mattino abbiamo trovato una abbondante colazione con frutta fresca, torta, biscotti pronti in tavola, e in frigo yogurt, e 2 vaschette di salumi. Dal corridoio si accede alle 3 camere tutte con aria condizionata indipendente. Bella la camera grande con i 2 letti (ottimo il materasso) una scrivania, l'armadio ed un bel balcone. Il bagno con doccia bella grande, e tutto quello che serve: asciugamani (grande quello per il corpo) sapone, shampoo, cuffie per capelli. Ci siamo fermati, purtroppo, solo una notte perché di passaggio, ma la città merita più giorni, e la struttura, è l'ideale. Se e ripasso sicuramente cercherò di soggiornare di nuovo qui. The property is just outside the center (2 steps really) It is an apartment in a building with convenient parking. The apartment has been recently renovated kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, all new. The kitchen common area of the structure (with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine) where in the morning we found a hearty breakfast with fresh fruit, cake, biscuits ready on the table, and yogurt in the fridge, and 2 trays of cold cuts. The corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms, all with independent air conditioning. Beautiful large room with 2 beds (excellent mattress) a desk, wardrobe and a nice balcony. The bathroom with a nice big shower, and all you need: towels (big one for the body), soap, shampoo, hair caps. We stopped, unfortunately, only one night because we were passing through, but the city deserves more days, and the structure is ideal. If I come back I will definitely try to stay here again.

Se farò un altro week end da queste parti ritornerò sicuramente. 5-star B & b, hospitality, cleanliness, hearty breakfast, tastefully decorated, and convenient location for the historic center. If I do another weekend in these parts I will definitely return.

Super consigliato ? Very comfortable apartment a stone's throw from the historic center, impeccable cleanliness, excellent breakfast and Leonardo was very nice, also recommending places to visit and restaurants to eat. Proprietari molto accoglienti e gentili. Ci hanno consigliato come visitare al meglio Spoleto, dove mangiare prodotti locali e tanto altro. Chi volesse passare qualche giorno a Spoleto lo consiglio.
