★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual in Italy quality/price isn't outstanding... nevertheless the classy even though a bit dated setup is nice, rooms are clean and service and breakfast good. Location is great (you are not in the very center but right next to the public mechanical stairs that take you there... and still with free parking nearby). Our room had pretty bad views as they were covered 1/3 by a wall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione centrale a 2 passi dal tapis roulant per il centro città ed ai parcheggi. Colazione abbondante dolce/salata nel suggestivo cortile interno. Cortesia della receptionist. Confort della camera da letto (mansarda).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the hotel, very convenient location, the room with terrace was big neat and clean, we also had a big bathroom with whirlpool. We enjoyed breakfast in the patio, specially the local cold cuts and their delicious pastries.
The staff was always helpful and with a friendly attitude. We will come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somewhat disappointing stay. Non working fixtures in our room that took a few calls to have remedied. Room was too warm - making open windows necessary and resulting in lots of mosquito bites during the night and sleepless nights due to very loud traffic noise right outside our window. Older manager was not very welcoming and would not allow guests to use tables and chairs in lobby or outdoor courtyard to eat a light meal together (what exactly are they for?) Provided breakfast was very nice, however. Unique decor in the lobby area, and I enjoyed the little birds in the cage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, rooms were decent sized and provided everything we needed for our stay. The staff was very helpful with anything that was needed, restaurants we should try or ordering a taxi for certain times. The breakfast in the morning is a great start to the day as you relax in the courtyard. Great place to stay while in Spoleto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disapponinted: when I arrived they told me that there isn't a parking for cars.. If I want it I need to pay 13 euros for one day in the garage of the hotel. Nowhere you can read that the parking is a payment service. On the website you can read ' Upon your arrival you will find a convenient street-level garage and our staff who courteously welcome guests to our hotel.' And in the Italian version of the website is the same. All the facilities described are free.. Why not the parking? I was bad treated by the receptionist who asked me in a retoric way : can you find in your reservation the parking?!?! My reservation doesen' t speak about facilities that are included. Air conditioned is included like king size beds, Wi-fi and all the others... I really suggest to be transparent, I suggest to write that parking is not a facililty but that is a payment service and that you need to reserve and that the cost is 13 euros per day.
