★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice charming hotel with a fantastic pittoresque view (you can feel like in an old moviescene) over the roofs of spoleto from the suites. Has seen better days. Need a carefull renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed sooo much the stay at this hotel! It is in walking distance to the heart of Spoleto, Il Duomo, and my favorite restaurant in the world, the famous Tric Trac! We happened to be there while there were filming the Italian Series "Don Mateo" so we got to sit at the tric trac beautiful tables in the piazza and be extras on the show. Lovely time that I will never forget in my life! If you go to Rome, Spoleto is a must! just a train ride from Roma Termini, train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Beautiful place to stay run by a truly lovely family. I felt like I got to experience life in Spoleto as a guest of the hotel. The owners gave us a tour of Spoleto with referals on weekday to see and do. The food is delicious. I want to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent in all prospective. Perfect location. We were in amazing room with so nice view. The staff is kind and so nice. Great breakfast. If you have a car... No worry they have a perfect place too. beautiful residence.
