★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda agricola alle porte di Spoleto, prodotti genuini creati dalle mani sapienti del giovane titolare Piergiorgio. Conoscendolo si apprezzano il suo attaccamento e amore per la terra, dalla quale fa nascere composte, confetture e succhi di frutta.
Degna di nota la cipollata rossa che ben si accompagna a secondi di carne, ma anche la confettura extra di uva nera che ha il profumo della sua vigna.
Farm on the outskirts of Spoleto, genuine products created by the skilled hands of the young owner Piergiorgio. Knowing him you appreciate his attachment and love for the land, from which he gives birth to compotes, jams and fruit juices.
Noteworthy is the red onion which goes well with meat main courses, but also the extra black grape jam which has the scent of its vineyard.
