★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menù ricercato anche nella presentazione dei piatti. Prodotti di stagione e di ottima qualità. Locale discreto e non affollato , nel rispetto delle normative COVID . Insomma ottima soluzione per passare una giornata fuori porta, in compagnia gustando buon cibo, da rifare sicuramente!
 Sophisticated menu also in the presentation of the dishes. Seasonal products of excellent quality. Discreet and not crowded, in compliance with COVID regulations. In short, an excellent solution to spend a day out of town, in company while enjoying good food, definitely to be redone!

Ambiente curatissimo, attenzione ai dettagli, servizio impeccabile, piatti della tradizione reatina selezionati per utilizzare al meglio i prodotti locali di stagione. Tutto perfetto. Accoglienza con un piccolo entree di ricotta, bruschettina e composte (prodotte da loro), antipasto con salumi e formaggi locali, crostino di polenta con porcini delizioso (se ci andate prendetelo, ne vale la pena), primo piatto leggero e molto saporito, patate al forno abbondanti, dolce ottimo. Percorso netto, addolcito nel finale da 4 ciambelline al vino bianco e al vino rosso come faccio solo a casa, perché nei negozi così buone sono introvabili. Non ci siamo strafogati ma eravamo entrambi sazi. Il tutto per poco più di 30 euro in due: rapporto qualità/prezzo notevole. Ergo....ci torneremo a breve per assaggiare tutto il resto!
Restaurant found following the positive reviews for celebrating a birthday. Well-kept environment, attention to detail, impeccable service, traditional Rieti dishes selected to make the most of local seasonal products. All perfect. Welcome with a small entree of ricotta, bruschettina and compotes (produced by them), appetizer with local cold cuts and cheeses, polenta crouton with delicious porcini mushrooms (if you go take it, it's worth it), light and very tasty first course, potatoes abundant baked, excellent dessert. Clear path, sweetened in the final by 4 donuts with white wine and red wine as I do only at home, because in such good shops they are nowhere to be found. We didn't get too high but we were both full. All for just over 30 euros in two: remarkable quality / price ratio. Ergo .... we will be back shortly to taste everything else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What more can I say that has not already been said by other reviewers? This is food of the highest quality, prepared to perfection with the best local ingredients. The wine list is small, but excellent. Were this restaurant in Rome, Milan, of Florence, the plates would be three or four times the price but of not better quality. The pasta is handmade, the sauces (the crema di fave, for example) are extraordinary, the antipasti divine, and the meats prepared to perfection (al sangue). This is one of the best restaurants in the Velino valley and the entire province of Rieti. You need to eat here. Life is short. You owe it to yourself.
