Passando davanti alla panetteria Sant'Anna ad Antrotoco ho fatto una piccola sosta e mi sono preso il lusso di ordinarmi una focaccia con la mortadella !!! La signora al bancone era molto gentile e la focaccia . . beh a dir poco favolosa come non degustavo ormai da molti anni.
Croccante fuori morbida all'interno saporita per i grani di sale e il rosmarino, la mortadelle profumata un sogno.

Passing in front of the Sant'Anna bakery in Antrotoco I made a short stop and I took the luxury of ordering a focaccia with mortadella !!! The lady at the counter was very nice and the focaccia. . well nothing short of fabulous as I haven't tasted it for many years now.
Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, tasty for the grains of salt and rosemary, the fragrant mortadelle a dream.
