★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozietto all’interno dei Gigli. I prodotti sono i soliti della catena L’Occitane. I profumi e le creme per le mani mi piacciono molto. Un po’ meno gli shampi e in generale i prodotti per capelli che sono un po’ aggressivi almeno per me. Tuttavia mia moglie ne va matta. Le commesse sono molto gentili e professionali.
Shop inside the Lilies. The products are the usual chain L'Occitane. The perfumes and creams I like a lot. A little less shampoos and hair products in general that are a bit aggressive for me at least. However my wife goes crazy. The orders are very polite and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo venuti via dopo che nessuno ci ha considerato (negozio vuoto tranne una cliente alla cassa). Siamo abituati a diversi standard di cura alla clientela! Molto meglio il negozio online a questo punto!
We left after no one considered us (shop empty except for a customer at the cashier). We are used to different standards of customer care! Much better than the online store at this point!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato scorso sono stata servita da una commessa bravissima gentilissima e molto paziente di nome Chiara.
Non avevo voglia di comprare niente visto che avevo già speso una busta paga nei migliori negozi dei Gigli non quelli cineasti.
Io compro sempre nei negoxi Fiorentini Lucchesi ecc ma le commesse sono pessimae ed io che x fortuna posso spendere voglio solo la qualità e pretendo che una commessa sappia fare il suo lavoro. Così esco e non compro e neanche sui siti. Chiara mi ha fatto spendere un botto partendo dal calendario dell'avvento quello più caro xo me lha spiegato con calma e serenità e poi ho comprato altre cose.
È una commessa fantastica tornerò a breve solo x farmi servire da lei tanto ho da fare molti regalini e smetto di comprare sul sito.
Prima vi chiamo x sapere se c è.
Lo faccio xcge vengo da Firenze e non ho mai tempo x via del lavoro.
Buon lavoro e Chiara continua così.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata al centro commerciale j Gigli a calenzano e purtroppo non è la prima volta che vengo trattata male dalla stessa commessa! Non ha assolutamente pazienza con le clienti, risponde in maniera molto sgarbata! Sono entrata per comprare e per ben due volte nel giro di pochi mesi, sono uscita a mani vuote! Ma le commesse non dovrebbero avvicinare le clienti chiedere se serve aiuto e suggerire eventualmente? Io chiedevi informazioni su un prodotto e lei da dietro la cassa, senza neppure guardarmi mi rispondeva solo “ si, no …. Non conosci il suo nome ma è bassina e non giovanissima… capelli scuri! È un vero peccato che in un negozio così bello ci siano commesse, o peggio responsabili così poco cortesi e disponibili!! Bocciato in pieno!!
