 Shop located inside the Gigli shopping center. Excellent value for money. Lots of variety of products and lots of beautiful colors. They don't give me allergy. Kind shop assistants

Mi sono fatta fare epilazione e colore alle sopracciglia con un risultato molto naturale, sono davvero contenta ?
Today I went to the shop to ask about the eyebrow service, I must say that I found a professional and prepared person, Barbara, she was exceptional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace molto dare una stella perchè sono cliente di sephora da anni e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo sia con i prodotti che con il personale, ma oggi mi è capitato un episodio molto spiacevole in questo punto vendita. Stavo facendo tranquillamente i miei giri all'interno del negozio con le mie amiche fino a quando non noto che la guardia inizia spudoratamente a seguire TUTTI i miei movimenti. Sento anche che all'auricolare dice al suo collega "sono qui davanti alle casse, controlla un pò le telecamere" riferendosi a noi. Le mie amiche vanno a pagare i loro acquisti e io rimango dietro con un'altra mia amica ad aspettarle con la guardia fissa lì dietro di noi che ci controllava. Ora, io capisco che stessero facendo il loro lavoro, ma mi sono sentita davvero a disagio per tutto il tempo soprattutto perchè mi stavano proprio attaccati dietro parlandosi a bassa voce e facendomi passare per una presunta ladra quando io non ho sfiorato neanche un oggetto!!!! Non se se il loro presentimento è stato dato dal fatto che avevo una sciarpa molto ingombrante che ogni tanto mi sistemavo perchè mi cadeva e forse pensavano che ci avessi nascosto qualcosa sotto ma è stata veramente una situazione spiacevole. Quando siamo andate via ci hanno addirittura seguite fino all'uscita, tutto questo con gli occhi di tutti puntati addosso. Avrei preferito direttamente che mi chiedessero di mostrare il contenuto della mia borsa piuttosto che subire questa scenetta e passare per la delinquente di turno. Mi pento solo di non aver detto niente alle guardie e di aver fatto finta di nulla. Non metterò mai più piede in questo punto vendita.
I am very sorry to give a star because I have been a customer of sephora for years and I have always had a great time both with the products and with the staff, but today I had a very unpleasant episode in this store. I was quietly making my rounds inside the shop with my friends until I notice the guard shamelessly starting to follow ALL my movements. I also hear that on the headset he says to his colleague "I'm here in front of the speakers, check the cameras for a while" referring to us. My friends go to pay for their purchases and I stay behind with another friend of mine waiting for them with the guard standing behind us watching over us. Now, I understand that they were doing their job, but I felt really uncomfortable all the time especially because they were just stuck behind me talking in a low voice and making me pass for an alleged thief when I didn't even touch an object !! !! Not if their presentiment was given by the fact that I had a very bulky scarf that I occasionally fixed myself because it fell and maybe they thought that I had hidden something under it but it was really an unpleasant situation. When we left they even followed us to the exit, all with everyone's eyes on them. I would have preferred directly if they asked me to show the contents of my bag rather than suffer this skit and go for the criminal on duty. I just regret not saying anything to the guards and pretending nothing happened. I will never set foot in this store again.
