★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto in regalo da questo negozio, un buono da euro 50 per il mio compleanno. Oggi in data 30 luglio 2019 mi sono recato nel medesimo per acquistare qualcosa. Dato che siamo in periodo di saldi, sulla merce esposta c'era il 30 % di sconto. La mia scelta dunque è ricaduta su due costumi da mare, ma quando ho palesato che il possesso del mio buono, mi è stato risposto che poteva essere utilizzato solo per pagare un costume, ma avrei dovuto pagarlo a prezzo pieno poiché quando è stato emesso il buono, l articolo non era ancora stato scontato!!!! Morale della favola, solo sul secondo costume ho avuto applicato lo sconto del 30 %... in pratica è come se avessi fatto due transazioni separate, la prima con il buono a prezzo pieno e la seconda con il 30% di sconto. Non mi piace polemizzare, ad onor di cronaca sicuramente parliamo di un negozio con buone Marche, ma la gestione di quanto accaduto, mi ha lasciato molto perplesso. Allego ciò che dice la legge su quanto appena scritto:
"Considerato che il buono equivale a denaro contante, il beneficiario ha diritto di acquistare qualsiasi prodotto messo in vendita dal negoziante, senza limitazione alcuna".
Mi pare dunque ovvio il torto subito. E mi dispiace perché non ci sia stata estate in cui non abbia acquistato da qui almeno due costumi. Basta poco per perdere un cliente. Circa 15 euro ?
I got a gift from my shop, a 50 euro voucher for my birthday. Today on 30 July 2019 I went to the same to buy something. Since we are in sales, there was a 30% discount on the merchandise on display. So my choice fell on two swimsuits, but when I revealed that the possession of my voucher, I was told that it could only be used to pay for a costume, but I would have to pay it at full price because when the good, the article had not yet been discounted !!!! Moral of the story, only on the second costume I had applied the 30% discount ... in practice it is as if I had made two separate transactions, the first with the voucher at full price and the second with 30% discount. I don't like to argue, to tell the truth we are certainly talking about a store with good brands, but the management of what happened, left me very puzzled. I enclose what the law says about what has just been written:
"Given that the voucher is equivalent to cash, the beneficiary has the right to purchase any product offered for sale by the retailer, without any limitation".
It therefore seems obvious to me the wrong suffered. And I'm sorry because there wasn't a summer when I didn't buy at least two costumes from here. Very little is needed to lose a customer. About 15 euros
