★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale gentile, disponibile e solare (nonostante la mascherina imposta dalla normativa anti covid). Il fatto che faccia orario continuato permette di fare acquisti a seconda delle più svariate esigenze di orario.
 Excellent value for money, kind, helpful and sunny staff (despite the mask imposed by the anti-covid legislation). The fact that it is open all day allows you to shop according to the most varied demands of schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi servo da tezenis da tantissimi anni perché trovo sempre bellissimi prodotti con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Purtroppo il personale del negozio è molto scortese e non ascolta le richieste del cliente. Credo sia necessario un corso di gentilezza.
I have been serving as tezenis for many years because I always find beautiful products with an excellent quality / price ratio. Unfortunately the shop staff are very rude and do not listen to customer requests. I think a kindness course is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e la mia famiglia ci rechiamo spesso - sin dalla sua apertura - presso il punto di vendita di Tricase per acquisti o buoni regalo. Lo staff è sempre disponibile, consigliando sempre nella scelta dei prodotti. Le procedure di reso e/o cambi sono abbastanza veloci. È pur vero che in questi giorni tribolati delle festività, sarebbe opportuno organizzare meglio ed aumentare il personale perché diventa difficile chiedere chiarimenti su taglie o altro e soprattutto non si può fare mezz'ora di fila in casa in questo periodo particolare (mi riferisco agli assembramenti in luoghi chiusi quali per l'appunto i negozi). Buono rapporto qualità/prezzo.
My family and I often go - since it opened - to the Tricase sales point for purchases or gift vouchers. The staff is always available, always advising in the choice of products. The return and / or exchange procedures are quite fast. It is true that in these troubled days of the holidays, it would be advisable to better organize and increase the staff because it becomes difficult to ask for clarification on sizes or other and above all it is not possible to queue for half an hour at home in this particular period (I am referring to gatherings in closed places such as shops). Good quality / price ratio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera quasi in chiusura mi sono recapitata in negozio per fare un reso,da premettere che l'accoglienza è stata molto cortese e seguita da una commessa con gli occhiali scuri.
Unica pecca poca scelta per fare un reso.
Negozio disasortito per le taglie dei pigiami in pile..
Vorrei spezzare una lancia a favore delle ragazze di Tezenis, a volte sono proprio le clienti ad essere delle gran maleducate.

Last night, almost closing, I went to the shop to make a return, from the premise that the welcome was very courteous and followed by a saleswoman with dark glasses.
The only flaw is little choice to make a return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza all'apparenza accogliente ma subito dopo molto presuntuosa e altezzosa da parte di alcune commesse.
Da cliente non mi sono sentita a mio agio, anzi quasi di troppo.
Dopo un paio di episodi di commesse poco gentili, quasi isteriche e musone, credo che non ritornerò più.
Come qualcun'altro ha commentato forse occorre un corso di gentilezza alle commesse.
Peccato perché i prodotti Tezenis sono ottimi, ma sceglierò altri punti vendita.
Reception apparently welcoming but immediately afterwards very presumptuous and haughty on the part of some orders.
As a client, I didn't feel at ease, in fact almost too much.
After a couple of episodes of unkind, almost hysterical and sulky shop assistants, I think I will never return.
As someone else has commented, perhaps a courtesy course is needed for salespersons.
Too bad because Tezenis products are great, but I will choose other outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale sempre disponibile ad aiutare il cliente per la scelta di articoli e taglie. Locale nuovo, ben fornito ed è ben predisposto tutto l'allestimento dei capi comprese le vetrine. Consigliato punto vendita di Tricase rispetto ad altri punti vendita della zona.
Staff always available to help the customer for the choice of items and sizes. New, well-stocked premises and all the garment set-up including the shop windows is well prepared. Recommended store in Tricase compared to other stores in the area.
