La receptionist molto cordiale ci ha accolto come si converrebbe per potenziali clienti e assegnato ad un venditore. Partendo dal presupposto che non avevo un appuntamento (così come per altri concessionari visitati..) il venditore non si è sforzato neanche più di tanto per invogliarci ad acquistare. Dopo aver consultato una lista di autovetture disponibili compatibili con le mie esigenze ha stampato alcuni fogli riportanti dei prezzi e stop. Considerando che dovevo assolutamente acquistare un auto (cosa che poi ho effettivamente fatto a distanza di un ora) e che aveva la vendita piuttosto facile, il non essere riuscito a "conquistarmi" vale almeno due stelle di giudizio. Non si può pensare di vendere un auto senza descriverne pregi, senza farla vedere e anche eventualmente provare, senza metterci un minimo di passione.. Se sei minimamente indeciso e trovi questo, ovviamente non compri... The dealer looks very good, welcoming and well maintained. The very friendly receptionist welcomed us as it would be for potential customers and assigned to a salesman. Assuming that I did not have an appointment (as well as for other dealers visited ..) the seller did not even try too hard to entice us to buy. After consulting a list of available cars compatible with my needs, he printed some sheets showing prices and stops. Considering that I absolutely had to buy a car (which I actually did after an hour) and that the sale was rather easy, not being able to "conquer" me is worth at least two stars of judgment. You cannot think of selling a car without describing its merits, without showing it and possibly even trying it out, without putting in a minimum of passion .. If you are indecisive and you find this, obviously you don't buy ...
