Mai successa una cosa del genere, aver pagato per far sistemare la macchina che presentava il medesimo problema...farlo presente e sentirsi dire "vada dal suo meccanico di fiducia".
 Happened by chance in this workshop but I will definitely never go back.
Such a thing has never happened, having paid to have the car that had the same problem fixed ... point it out and be told "go to your trusted mechanic".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei voluto dare un 5 stelle dato che ho comprato l auto da voi, e mi sono trovato benissimo , dall inizio con la professionalità del rivenditore skoda Rando di terni e ai Ragazzi dell officina disponibili,gentili, professionali ed esaustivi a ogni mia domanda e hanno risolto ogni mio problema. Ma trovo eccessivo i costi di tagliando, pagare 180€ ai 15mila un semplice cambio olio, e un tagliando completo dei 30mila 340€. Per una kamiq gtec 1000 90cv. Non voglio battermi sui i costi perchè evidentemente sono quelli, ma per la mia esperienza nel mondo auto sono alti e così facendo li allontanate i clienti , E questo è un dispiacere per entrambi, dato che i costi e la manodopera di altre officine sono minori con prodotti conformi all originale per l auto in questione, rispettando la legge monti e i paramentri richiesti per il mantenimento della garanzia della skoda madre.
Spero che ci sarà un riscontro da parte vostra per far sì che le strade continuino insieme

I would have liked to give it a 5-star rating since I bought the car from you, and I had a great time, from the start with the professionalism of the skoda dealer Rando of terni and the guys in the workshop available, kind, professional and comprehensive to my every question and they solved all my problems. But I find the service costs excessive, to pay 180 € to 15 thousand for a simple oil change, and a complete service of 30 thousand 340 €. For a kamiq gtec 1000 90cv. I don't want to beat the costs because obviously they are the same, but for my experience in the automotive world they are high and by doing so you drive them away from customers, and this is a disappointment for both of us, since the costs and labor of other workshops are lower with products conforming to the original for the car in question, respecting the mounts law and the parameters required for maintaining the guarantee of the mother skoda.
