★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente hanno gentilezza e cortesia, ma penso di non andarci più. Non ho mai visto in fattura olio motore non specificato a 25 euro al kg (iva esclusa).
 Surely they have kindness and courtesy, but I think I won't go there anymore. I have never seen in the invoice unspecified engine oil at 25 euros per kg (excluding VAT).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officina autorizzata multiservizi per vetture del Gruppo FCA, molto ben attrezzata con personale competente. Ottima cortesia e professionalità del sig. Alessio sempre disponibile non solo per l'accettazione, ma ugualmente per gli ordini, delle molte parti di ricambio da noi acquistate.
Riparazioni meccaniche, autodiagnosi, tagliandi periodici, con tariffe allineate alla media. Nel caso di eventuali spese 'extra', non preventivate, viene prontamente segnalata la situazione in fase di lavorazione lasciando dunque la facoltà di scelta, come è giusto che sia, al cliente. Tempi di attesa non brevissimi ma, con l'affluenza che hanno, è normale. Gli appuntamenti vengono puntualmente rispettati. Sicuramente consigliato anche per la ricambistica e accessoristica originale (Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Fiat) non facile da reperire nella nostra città.
Multiservice authorized workshop for FCA Group cars, very well equipped with competent staff. Excellent courtesy and professionalism of Mr. Alessio always available not only for the acceptance, but also for the orders, of the many spare parts purchased by us.
Mechanical repairs, self-diagnosis, periodic coupons, with rates aligned to the average. In the case of any 'extra' expenses, not budgeted, the situation in the processing phase is promptly reported, thus leaving the customer the right to choose, as it should be. Waiting times are not very short but, with the turnout they have, it is normal. The appointments are punctually respected. Definitely also recommended for original spare parts and accessories (Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Fiat) which are not easy to find in our city.
