Come inizio è da 5 stelle. Spero che mantengano sempre questo standard. Al momento di perfezionare l'acquisto di una KIA di cui mi hanno fatto un preventivo, fatta appena provare, simulato il finanziamento, assegno pronto sul tavolo ....il tipo che ho di fronte telefona al collega della concessionaria di Pg per avere indicazioni su come registrare la rottamazione e dall'altra parte gli chiedono a quanto la sta vendendo , all'improvviso mi dice che quella stessa auto che ho davanti é appena stata venduta mezz'ora fa. Praticamente se non ci fosse stata quella telefonata avrebbero venduto quella stessa auto a due persone??? Io non ci credo! E cosa ancora più sconcertante il concessionario non fa niente per rimediare, preferisce perdere un cliente! Bad experience, zero professionalism. And even more puzzling, the dealer does nothing to remedy it, he prefers to lose a customer!
