Ho aspettato circa un'ora il mio turno in quanto c'era solo un venditore disponibile e altri clienti in fila. Quando sono stata ricevuta, al fine di nn bloccare il negozio, ho chiesto che i preventivi mi venissero inviati per mail. A tutt'oggi ancora nn ricevo nulla nonostante sia lunedì che ieri, abbia telefonato per sollecitare. Mi è stato sempre risposto che avrei ricevuto al più presto quanto richiesto. Oggi, mercoledì 13 febbraio, ancora niente. Se questa è serietà......feddback assolutamente negativo che ovviamente nn resterà relegato in queste poche righe, ma sarà mia premura diffonderlo I went to the point of sale Saturday, February 9 to get info on buying a car. Risolto celermente senza problemi. Serious dealer. I had a problem with my registration certificate which, through no fault of their own, reported some incorrect data. Quickly fixed with no problems.

Macchina presa circa un anno fa, garantita di tutte le manutenzioni necessarie ( bugia ) appena uscita dalla concessionaria subito i primi problemi! Consiglio una revisione del personale addetto alla vendita. I agree with all the reports made on used vehicles. Untrustworthy dealer, rude and I would add also rude. Machine taken about a year ago, guaranteed of all necessary maintenance (lie) as soon as it left the dealership immediately the first problems! I recommend a review of the sales staff.

Durante l'acquisto il venditore si mostra gentile e disponibile; una volta venduta l'auto lo stesso risulta inaffidabile ed arrogante! Tenendo conto che il mio problema è legato esclusivamente ad una loro "svista"che avrebbero potuto facilmente risolvere ed invece è più di un mese che mi stanno prendendo in giro. Assistenza post vendita inesistente, io, alla fine, ho dovuto provvedere a mie spese! Dealership not recommended! During the purchase the seller is kind and helpful; once the car is sold it is unreliable and arrogant! Taking into account that my problem is linked exclusively to their "oversight" that they could have easily solved and instead they have been making fun of me for more than a month.
