E farò cattiva pubblicità all'azienda, dove qui a Terni già molte persone si lamentano di questa gestione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era il periodo di Natale e c'era un casino sopratutto in telefonia. Unica che correva cercando di servire piu clienti era una ragazza coi capelli lunghi e rossi. Stessa cosa è successa un paio di settimane fa, lei che serviva e il suo collega che passeggiava parlando con un cliente. Quando è arrivato il mio turno e le ho fatto presente la cosa si è scusata dicendo che il collega stava comunque servendo il cliente. Molto garbata, ma per cortesia, mettete piu personale!
It was Christmas time and there was a mess especially in telephony. The only one who ran trying to serve more customers was a girl with long red hair. Same thing happened a couple of weeks ago, her serving and her colleague walking around talking to a customer. When my turn came and I pointed this out to her, she apologized saying that the colleague was still serving the customer. Very polite, but please be more personal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly poor service. I had arguments for a poorly labeled item. Also another item was priced and boxed with an accessory but it turned out this accessory was an add on but was not written anywhere. I don't think I'll go there anymore
