Il mio veterinario di riferimento lì è Roberto, i miei gatti con lui si sono trovati sempre bene, si nota che è bravo oltre ad amare tantissimo gli animali. La stella in meno invece è perché sono rimasta estremamente delusa dalla dermatologa della clinica (una signora di mezz'età): aveva paura a maneggiare la mia gatta - già spaventata di suo - solo perché soffiava e si agitava (nonostante le abbia ripetuto più volte che in 7 anni non ha mai morso né graffiato un veterinario), e ripeteva di continuo "ti prego non mi mordere ti prego non mi mordere" (vorrei stare scherzando, ma purtroppo no), facendola ovviamente spaventare ancora di più di riflesso. Alla fine ha chiamato Roberto - che stava facendo un'altra visita - perché neanche con me che tenevo ferma la gatta è riuscita a prelevare un campioncino di pelo da quanto aveva timore di farsi mordere. Preciso che la mia gatta non pesa neanche 4 kg e che Roberto non ha avuto nessun problema a tenerla ferma. In tutto ciò, dei vari integratori che alla fine lei mi ha detto di usare, solo uno si è rivelato valido mentre gli altri sono stati soldi buttati. Riassunto: clinica caldamente consigliata (sia qualitativamente sia economicamente) se i vostri animali non hanno problemi dermatologici, altrimenti vi reindirizzano automaticamente alla dott.ssa sopracitata che, sinceramente, mi ha fatto una pessima impressione. In the end he called Roberto - who was paying another visit - because not even with me holding the cat still was she able to take a sample of fur from how much she was afraid of being bitten. I specify that my cat does not even weigh 4 kg and that Roberto had no problem keeping her still. In all of this, of the various supplements she eventually told me to use, only one proved to be good while the others were wasted money. Summary: highly recommended clinic (both qualitatively and economically) if your animals do not have dermatological problems, otherwise they automatically redirect you to the aforementioned doctor who, frankly, made a bad impression on me.

Mi ha aiutato nella tarda sera di sabato e per tutto il fine settimana quando altri veterinari conosciuti della zona mi hanno chiuso il telefono dicendomi "È sabato non lavoro". Mi sarei recata direttamente in clinica ma purtroppo unica pecca sono i prezzi leggermente alti, ma comunque non mi ha lasciata da sola e mi ha saputo dare soluzioni e aiuto anche per telefono, chiedendomi anche di aggiornalo durante i giorni seguenti.Grazie al dottor Roberto per la sua pazienza e disponibilità!
