Ho comunicato telefonicamente con il personale che mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni per restituire il prodotto sbagliato ricevendo, in tempi brevissimi, quello giusto.

Living in Florence, I did not have the pleasure of personally visiting the shop and I made my remote purchase, unfortunately the size was wrong (I bought a coat for my dog).
I communicated by telephone with the staff who gave me all the information to return the wrong product, receiving, in a very short time, the right one.

E in quanto, la Signora che mi aveva seguita nell'ordine, era stata davvero disponibile e simpatica.
L'incompetenza o disonestà, di spacciare articoli per altri, sarebbe attribuibile al fornitore stesso di CicalZoo.
Cicalzoo, da parte sua, mi ha proposto il rimborso.
