In September 2016, H24 Abruzzo saved our little cat Dolly from pancreatitis that could have killed her. We had already taken her to a vets that had no idea what the problem was. They basically told us she was dying and there was nothing they could do. In April 2020 Dolly started showing signs of pancreatitis again so we rushed straight to H24 Abruzzo in the middle of the Covid crisis. They examined Dolly and said there was nothing wrong in her abdominal area but there was a possible neurological or -inner-ear problem. We found Dolly on the street 5 years ago and she's always had ear infections. We've spent hundreds of euros on tests and treatments but not a single vet suggested she could have polyps in her ears. We are now waiting for the biopsy results and a probable future operation. Thank you to the staff of H24 Abruzzo for their professionalism. A settembre 2016 hanno salvato la nostro gatta Dolly da una pancreatite che l'avrebbe potuto uccidere quando altri veterinari ci avevano detto che stava per morire. Ad aprile 2020 Dolly mostrava di nuovo i sintomi della pancreatite. Siamo andati subito al H24 anche in piena emergenza Covid. Hanno visitato la nostra piccola Dolly e trovando niente nell'area addominale, hanno pensato ad un possibile problema neurologico o qualcosa nel orecchio. Abbiamo trovato Dolly 5 anni fa per strada e lei ha sempre avuto infezioni negli orecchi. Altri veterinari hanno fatto i tamponi e prescritto tante medicine diverse negli ultimi 5 anni ma non ha funzionato nessuno. H24 sono stati i primi a suggerire la possibile presenza dei polipi. Adesso stiamo aspettando i risultati della biopsia e un futuro intervento. Grazie a tutto lo staff di H24 Abruzzo per la loro professionalità.

Fantastic team. One of my cats has serious health issues and they are always available for advice and to help him. They saved his life 2 years ago when another vet clinic made a serious error and nearly killed him. Without them, he wouldn’t be here today.

Wonderful vet. The staff and the doctors were very helpful. I went there with my cat but I didn't have an appointment. But they were kind enough to treat my cat. Most of all the doctor Thomas Virgilii was the one attending to my cat. And he was kind and spoke in English. Which was fantastic. I recommend to anyone. Whether you're a foreigner having an emergency with your loved pet or just a local. Trust assured!

Highly recommend taking your pet here. The level of service is outstanding, the staff are incredibly friendly, the facilities are extremely clean and modern. What a great environment. Makes me wish I became a vet and was working there. Our cat Mash was run over and we took him to their emergency unit late at night. They operated immediately and saved his life. Our Italian isn't very good but most of the staff speak English. The level of after care service, advice and treatment has been impeccable.
