Consigliatissimo! Very precise and courteous, they gave me professional advice and gave me a lubrication operation on the chain, not charging me anything (which is not always taken for granted). Highly recommended!

COMMERCIANTI DI BASSA LEGA...QUI LA PAROLA NON BASTA, SI GUARDA AL DENARO...MAGARI POCO MA SUBITO Ho opzinato una moto, ho chiamato diverse volte x dimostrare il mio interesse, ho chiesto di inviare una caparra x fermarla CHE PERÒ NON MI SAREBBE STATA rimborsata (e i motociclisti sanno che su una moto...ci devi almeno salire). Ho chiesto di essere contattato in caso di trattative, ho preso un giorno di ferie x andare fino lí (abito distante), l'ho comunicato e QUESTI BALORDI una settimana prima mi dicono che l'hanno venduta ! Mi spiace che nn si possa dare 0 stelle a QUESTI BUFFONI ATTENTION ! LOW ALLOY DEALERS ... HERE THE WORD IS NOT ENOUGH, LOOK AT THE MONEY ... MAYBE LITTLE BUT IMMEDIATELY I opted for a motorcycle, I called several times to show my interest, I asked to send a deposit to stop it BUT I WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED (and motorcyclists know that on a motorcycle ... you have to at least get on it). Che dire sono alla 4^ moto comprata da loro, mai una sbavatura. Non ho bisogno di fare paragoni con altre realtà per elogiare il loro servizio! Luckily we found a tire-shop where the mechanic made some calls, got the required tire and tools and helped us to continue on our journey. I have would have expect a listed Ducati dealer to do the same and try everything possible to help travellers on a Ducati who are in trouble..... Unfortunately not here.. (The shop is nice and shiny and they have a lot of new Ducati models)
