Professionalità non rilevata, totale assenza di organizzazione e zero affidabilità relativamente a test drive e appuntamenti precedentemente fissati.
Dopo aver fissato un incontro con 3 settimane di anticipo per provare un’auto ed avere dei preventivi, arrivato al concessionario mi è stato risposto che “le agende cambiano, e appuntamenti fissati con largo anticipo non possono essere rispettati di solito”.
Non credo di aver mai avuto a che fare con un’attività commerciale peggiore di Autoabruzzo.

Undetected professionalism, total absence of organization and zero reliability in relation to previously scheduled test drives and appointments.
After arranging a meeting 3 weeks in advance to test a car and get quotes, when I arrived at the dealer I was told that "agendas change, and appointments set well in advance cannot usually be met".
I don't think I've ever had to deal with a business that is worse than Autoabruzzo.

Questo apprezzamento è per tutti loro, dalla BMW auto e moto alla Mini, sia per i venditori come per l' assistenza.
Posso apprezzarne a pieno la loro professionalità in quanto sono fortunato proprietario di auto e moto BMW, come di Mini. Consiglio questa concessionaria a chiunque dovesse averne bisogno.
Excellent dealership, great education, professionalism and friendliness, starting from the owners up to all the collaborators, whom I have known since they opened.
This appreciation is for all of them, from BMW cars and motorcycles to Mini, both for salespeople and for service.
I can fully appreciate their professionalism as I am the lucky owner of BMW cars and motorcycles, as well as of Mini. I recommend this dealership to anyone who needs it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ avevo una leggera perdita di acqua al radiatore,ho pagato 250 euro per cambiare due tubetti di plastica e invece di risolvermela me l'hanno peggiorata. Quando ho fatto presente la questione hanno detto che la colpa era mia perchè dovevo sapere qual'era il problema. Complimenti a tutto il team di meccanici uno peggio del'altro .Le 250 euro potete tenervele . Volevo comprare una nuova bmw(chiedete a tiziano se non mi credete) ripiego su altro marchio pur di non avere piu a che fare con voi,.
I had a slight water leak in the radiator, I paid 250 euros to change two plastic tubes and instead of solving it, they made it worse. When I mentioned the matter they said it was my fault because I had to know what the problem was. Congratulations to the whole team of mechanics, one worse than the other. You can keep the 250 euros. I wanted to buy a new bmw (ask tiziano if you don't believe me) fallback on another brand just to not have to deal with you anymore.
