★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato nella Concessionaria faieta di Pescara ad ottobre 2021 trovando subito personale qualificato e Floriano che mi ha accolto in maniera professionale ma allo stesso tempo amichevole facendomi trovare subito a casa... Ovviamente trovato subito accordo tra permuta e acquisto, e seguito fino a marzo per la consegna avvenuta in modo professionale senza alcuna sbavatura, esperienza assolutamente positiva, è gente che sa stare al pubblico e consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che sono appassionati del marchio.... 5 stelle meritatissime e un grazie a tutto lo staff soprattutto Floriano che mi ha seguito di persona... Top
 I went to the Faieta dealership in Pescara in October 2021 and immediately found qualified personnel and Floriano who welcomed me in a professional but at the same time friendly way making me find immediately at home ... Obviously I immediately found an agreement between exchange and purchase, and followed up to March for the delivery which took place in a professional way without any smudging, absolutely positive experience, they are people who know how to be with the public and I highly recommend to all those who are passionate about the brand .... 5 deserved stars and thanks to all the staff especially Floriano who followed me in person ... Consiglio Faieta, ed in particolare la Sede di Pescara, vivamente a tutti gli appassionati motociclisti. Ho trovato, allo stesso tempo, grande professionalità e competenza, ed estrema gentilezza durante il mio acquisto. La giusta flessibilità nella definizione di termini e condizioni di acquisto, il continuo ed amichevole supporto anche via wazzupp (una boccata di modernità rispetto ad altri rivenditori), e la voglia di aiutare il cliente da tutti i punti di vista, sono tutti elementi che mi hanno portato sia a concludere l'acquisto, sia a questa positiva recensione.

Looking for a nice used motorcycle / emotion, I walked into this beautiful shop a few weeks ago, and here I am writing how positive my experience was (happily bought motorcycle).
I highly recommend Faieta, and in particular the Pescara office, to all passionate motorcyclists. At the same time, I found great professionalism and competence, and extreme kindness during my purchase. The right flexibility in the definition of terms and conditions of purchase, the continuous and friendly support also via wazzupp (a breath of modernity compared to other retailers), and the desire to help the customer from all points of view, are all elements that I led to both the purchase and this positive review.

Mi sono affidato alla Faieta Motors di Pescara.
Ho avuto la fortuna di essere seguito da Floriano, professionale e preparato al quale rivolgo un "BRAVO" particolare.
Non voglio omettere di ringraziare Valerio, addetto alla vendita dell'abbigliamento che ha saputo cogliere le mie esigenze, attrezzandomi di tutto il necessario.
Non perché ultimo, voglio ringraziare Luca che ha consegnato la moto al mio domicilio, fornendomi con scrupolosa attenzione le giuste info.
Sono rimasto stupefatto di tutta l'organizzazione della Faieta.

After several years I wanted to get closer to the world of two wheels.
I relied on Faieta Motors of Pescara.
I was lucky enough to be followed by Floriano, professional and prepared to whom I address a particular "BRAVO".
I don't want to omit to thank Valerio, the clothing sales assistant who was able to meet my needs, equipping me with everything I need.
Last but not least, I want to thank Luca who delivered the bike to my home, providing me with the right information with scrupulous attention.
I was amazed at the whole Faieta organization.
The compliments are a must.

Fantastic service and super professionalism. I bought my first bike from them and, despite having made a remote purchase, I did just fine to trust it. Bike arrived in a short time in excellent condition. I thank Mario for his great availability. He followed me step by step on any doubts or perplexities that I might have given the distance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'esperienza perfetta. Capitato in concessionaria quasi per caso, ho trovato un trattamento e una soddisfazione di gran lunga superiore a tutte le concessionarie visitate prima (anche dello stesso Marchio).
Grazie alla competenza del personale (in particolare il Sig. Floriano) siamo giunti all'accordo e mi sono portato a casa una stupenda Ténéré 700 nuova.
Comunque consigliatissimi anche per l'usato, con una scelta davvero ampia.
A perfect experience. When I came to the dealership almost by chance, I found treatment and satisfaction far superior to all the dealerships I had visited before (even of the same brand).
Thanks to the competence of the staff (in particular Mr. Floriano) we came to an agreement and I took home a wonderful new Ténéré 700.
However highly recommended also for second-hand, with a really wide choice.

A friend and I travelled through Italy and Greece on our Tenere 700 on mostly off road tracks. Unfortunately I had an accident that destroyed my front wheel. We had the Tenere brought to Faieta Motor Company in the hope of a quick repair.
The spare parts would have taken 5 days to come the dealer. Not a terribly long time but too long to continue our travel.
Floriano managed the impossible. 36 hours after we dropped the Tenere it was all repaired!!
Thank you so much for the extra hours you and your team spend on fixing the bike. Thank you to other owners who have potentially waited one day for their scheduled repair.
We are so happy to have chosen Yamaha for this trip and to have come to you as the service was outstanding and very personal.
We ended up getting our ferry from Bari to Greece and continued our trip on ACT Greece.
